Ordered a new hot tub cover from this company as others wanted measurements and on contacting and speaking to Sam he knew from a few photos which cover I needed. I expected it to be dropped off by my front door but Matt unwrapped it all, cleaned the hot tub and fitted it for me as well as adding some chemicals to a neglected hot tub saving me the time and hassle of emptying it - would recommend buying replacements from this company and would definitely use them again.

Very professional annual service
Matt came to service my hot tub a couple of days ago and what a charming young man he is. He was engaging and polite and knew what he was doing. He explained everything clearly and worked without fuss, clearing up beautifully after himself and even putting my hoses back on their reels. A credit to the company, like all the other staff I have had interactions with over the many years I have been with them.

Amazing service
This is the second hot tub with have bought from these ( first one was 8 years old and we wanted to upgrade ) . As before the team were exceptionally professional, removing old hot tub and installing new one with care and attention. Our engineer Lee Sperring was fantastic, taking the time to explain all the new features and how to use this particular hot tub , he was friendly, professional and took the time to make sure everything went perfect.
