Ordered 27th August now 8th September…
Ordered 27th August now 8th September still not arrived…. I have contacted HoF and the responded timely. They have to check with RM as to why it has not arrived as was sent on a 48hour delivery.
Royal Mail have said it is on route.

Thank you for your patience, It seems like there were a number of orders on the same collection as your that had been delayed. We have taken this up with RM and they have confirmed there was a "technical issue" their end.
Your tracking number has updated and shows delivery tomorrow the 10th, once again we apologise for the delay caused.

Purchased two mason jars which had…
Purchased two mason jars which had bumble bees on a honeycomb pattern engraved
in the glass. Good communication from the company and Royal Mail who sent a text advising of delivery date. Received the jars yesterday and they are stunning. They were well packaged in tissue paper, card and bubble wrap. Very happy with the service and would buy from them again.

Ordered online, kept informed throughout and no issues with delivery. Holder is lovely, good colour and holds more than enough. Its no too big but that is what I was looking for.
