Genuinely the best estate agent around. Having found myself in a rush to sell a flat (due to various mitigating circumstances) I begrudgingly contacted this company for a quick sale. To my surprise they have been thee most professional, efficient and knowledgeable agency I have ever dealt with (bearing in mind I use to be an estate agent so have worked with many). A special thanks must be given to Duncan Fretter who was exceptionally hardworking and patient with my angst. Every single phone call, email and message was replied to promptly. Every person in the office was courteous and proficient and I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

Mario and his team were extremely communicative during the whole process of selling our house. During a time where the housing market was so volatile we still managed to get the house we had our heart set on and sold our house for the price we wanted.

Chris was very quick to respond either by phone or email, always understanding and reassuring with any problems arising from the sale of my property.

Darren managed my property for me. He was always updating me before I asked and reviewing and arranging my house data. All of the company agents I spoke with were professional, polite and very knowledgeable. Viewings were regularly arranged and overseen by the company. these people are greedy scammers. The only reason they get good feedback is because they ask for it very early in the proceedings before they have taken the opportunity to drop the promised price just before exchange. They said they would never do that but thats exactly what they did.Offered £20,000 less than agreed literally day before exchange. Off a price already trimmed by 30% of true value. Hateful and evil tricks to do to vulnerable people. I was lucky, i turned them down but at huge expense and trouble to myself but I could never sleep if i let them profit from me..Learn from my experience.This review is in the name of my late husband Graham Noble but was written by his widow Marilyn Noble and house buy fast and trustpilot have been provided with all relevant details of the failed transaction. They know perfectly well who I am and I have made a police report to their local police station and I am also talking to my local trading standards officer who seems to think that I should talk to the local office to house buy fast. They have been told to alter their advertising by the ASA. Why would I make this up.
