Used this company to clear my Dads property after he passed away. They were professional yet friendly and put me at ease during a difficult time. The property was cleared quickly and I received a video of the completed works. I would definitely recommend for a respectful and professional service

For my wife and sister in law, clearing their mother’s house was a very emotional task. Selling the house at the same time made it even more stressful as we weren’t able to confirm the clearance date until we had the ok from the solicitors, which kept getting delayed.
Throughout this period, Raj in the office was very understanding and made the whole process much easier to cope with.
As regards the clearance, Simon and his team were well organised, respectful and mindful that many of the items had sentimental value. What could have been very difficult, they made much easier for us to cope with and less stressful.
I would have no hesitation recommending House Clearance Collective Ltd again.

Raj and her team did a really wonderful job at a very difficult time for our family. They were able to offer us a time that worked for us and allowed us to concentrate on other matters we had to attend to.

I contacted them at short notice to assist with an end of tenancy clearance. My family had been attempting to do everything ourselves and were running out of time and energy, we were too emotionally attached and physically unable to complete the task. Luckily they managed to squeeze us in. The team arrived promptly and after a quick walk through with instruction on what was to be left/removed from the house and garden gave us a time estimate for completion and said we could either leave them alone or stay in the property while they worked, whatever suited us best. They then began work. The speed at which they cleared was amazing. It was good to see how organised they were using bulk sacks to separate different materials e.g. cardboard and paper, plastic, etc. Similar items from different rooms were gathered together. Thought was given to whether items could be given to charity or to assist the homeless resettling rather than simply disposing of everything. Even the way they packed the van was visibly organised. Throughout the entire process the team remained polite, respectful and cheery. I wish that I had booked their services earlier and asked them to do the whole clearance. I have told my extended family and friends that they should use the House Clearance Collective for any future property clearing. And I suggested they should consider the cleaning options that are available too. It was money well spent for the service provided.

They cleared 2 flats for me over the course of 3 days. Both were full of 20+ years of things but they handled both excellently and worked very hard to ensure both jobs were done in time. I would recommend using House Clearance Collective for any clearance.

I recently had to clear my mums apartment, as she was moving to a care home. I was let down by the team who were going to remove all the furniture and white goods 3 days before I was due to hand the keys back. Having made a few calls I was introduced to Ben, who was amazing and said he thought that House Clearance Collective would be able to help. He gave me a number to call and told me to speak to Raj. She really stepped up. Within the hour she had moved some things around and confirmed that they would be able to do my mums clearance the day before the keys for the apartment were due to be handed back. This was above and beyond, as it was less than 10 days before Xmas.The guys who came on the day were super efficient and had everything moved in no time. I would highly recommend House Clearance Collective.

As planned, the team showed up at the Kilmarnock home at 10:00 AM and immediately began the clearance process. We left them to their work and came back at 3:30 PM to discover the house entirely cleared out, just as we desired. They did an excellent job, definitely deserving of a 5-star rating.

Raj were superb helping me at very short notice when I needed to clear space urgently. There staff were so helpful & professional.

The guys arrived at the house in Kilmarnock at 10.00am as agreed and started removing everything. We left them to it and we returned at 3.30pm to find the house completely empty just as we wanted. Brilliant job, well worth 5 stars.

Ben helped us move a huge amount of objects to the dump and to storage. The men worked very hard and were open minded to some changes we made on the day. Ben was patient, as we changed dates a few times. Highly recommend if you need a house cleared, or even just a few objects moved to store or bin. We are renovating house so some items went to store and we binned others. They would clear any type of house and make it less stressful for the owners. It was a happy experience and one that could have been stressful was done with ease. In my experience the company is beyond excellent. 👏💪
