Everyone was fantastic!
Raj was fantastic with helping us with cleaning and clearing a property. Steve and his team who helped with the clearing were also fantastic. Raj also helped to get cleaners in who were amazing and made the property look a lot better. Allan and his team did an amazing job. Couldn’t thank them all enough!

Garage of junk - cleared.
We have a garage that hasn’t been used as such for years. Well, generations really. It has been used as a dumping ground for anything & everything ie junk!
The guys, Joe & Daniel, arrived even earlier than expected, and cleared the lot - in no time at all. And, bonus, they were very personable too, despite the prospect of clearing a mountain of accumulated junk.
For us, what was an extremely daunting task, they executed highly efficiently.
We therefore have no hesitation in recommending.

Our late aunt's house
Having never had to arrange a house clearance before we were unsure about what was involved.
From the very first conversation with Raj we were guided through the process courteously and efficiently, with no query being too small.
The team did an amazing job in difficult circumstances and cleared the shed and greenhouse as well.

Excellent E2E House Clearance Service
We used House Clearance Collective for my elderly father’s house (dementia patient, hoarder). They made what would have been a very daunting & overwhelming task for the family much easier and alleviated considerable stress for us.
The service included full clearance, deep clean and grounds/garden maintenance. Worth every penny, I cannot fault the service in any way, would recommend to anyone who finds themselves in a similar position.

House Clearance for elderly relative.
The booking was simple with an agreed date advised quickly. The team came and cleared the property quickly and efficiently. I did not have to be onsite and on my return very pleased with the way they had left the property. When time short a house clearance company as good as this is the answer.
