Fast response to query, came next day to clear my mum's flat after going in care home. Very helpful and cleared what we asked leaving fridge behind for later removal. Missed a kitchen cupboard but happily was still outside and came back in for it. Lifted carpet for us too. Estimate seemed a bit pricey to begin but once place was seen the quote was considerably less.

Very friendly, professional staff. They took away my broken fridge, which was in the way. No problems and very efficient.

Jake came to clear my Dad’s garage and it went from an absolute dumping ground full of dusty, rusty stuff, to a great space.
He was super efficient, friendly, polite and definitely worth what I considered a fair price.

My father's house had to be cleared and prepared for sale very suddenly, and as I live abroad, I was extremely stressed about the logistics of getting this done. I found this company through a google search and decided to get in touch with them because of the great reviews they have. It was a super decision - from the moment I phoned Ben Laing I felt like a huge weight had been lifted from my shoulders and that this was actually do-able. He was kind and understanding of the sad and difficult situation that I was in and immediately offered various options that I could choose from to best suit my needs and budget, and also fit in with my time restrictions. The people who came to lift the furniture were prompt, respectful and really hard-working and efficient - they did an amazing job. The guys who did the deep cleaning have also done super work and have left the house looking as good as new. I am so grateful to everyone involved. This was a job that I could never have managed myself - I was completely overwhelmed by such a massive task - and this company took the burden from me completely. I thoroughly recommend these guys. Communication great throughout the process - was a really difficult clear & deep clean but the guys on site seemed to take it in their stride - Nothing was too much trouble for Stephen the on-site supervisor & he very kindly did some additional tasks too make things easier and dealt with other service workers turning up unexpectedly - thank you

The men arrived on time and worked tirelessly for over 8 hours.
I popped in a couple of time over the day, and they were hard at it.
As for the house - it both looks and smells amazing. They even washed the outside of the windows.
I genuinely couldn't be happier with what they did.

Ben and his team were really responsive from the quoting process through the clearance. They even went back and photographed the meter readings as I’m over 400 miles away. Good outfit.

Excellent service from start to finish. Needed a company quickly to organise clearing and cleaning the entire property. Most companies will not provide a quote upfront - just want to turn up and tell you then how much it will cost to clear the property. Ben organised someone to view the property the very next day and came back to me with a price to carry out all of the work needed. Not only did he provide a one stop shop for all services, he did it at a fair price and the whole thing from initial enquiry to job completed was carried out in less than a week! Ben kept in touch throughout to ensure we were happy with how things were progressing. I cannot praise them highly enough - I work as a property manager and only wish I had found this company earlier when I was dealing with show houses and new developments! Have no hesitation in recommending their clearance and cleaning services.

Great service. Kept well informed throughout and clearance/ cleaning carried out quickly and efficiently. We were concerned about how we were going to get an elderly relative's house ready for selling when none of us lived locally. However, all we had to do was remove personal items etc and with Ben's team, the whole process was efficiently completed within a few days. Would definitely recommend.
