After being badly let down on Tuesday morning by another house clearance company in Fife (they did not arrive even though I had a confirmation email!) I contacted Ben on 07577 480574, explained my problem, and within one hour he had Sean and his helper at my house in Dunfermline and they completed the room clearance in 30 minutes. All very organised and professional. Look no further, as Ben and his team will not let you down.

My parents were moving house after 30 years and had accumulated a lot of stuff, a huge job that overwhelmed my parents. I didn't live near them, so I wanted to find somebody trustworthy to deal with it all for them.

Ben was that somebody to put my mind at ease. He gave me a lot of confidence from the initial phone call, understanding that there were a lot of memories attached to the old place.

He quickly got a team down to their house, who were sensitive and careful in handling my parents stuff but also offered a guiding hand that helped them at a difficult time, and get the place cleared efficiently.

They even got the place squeaky clean and tidy with their fantastic deep-cleaning service, so that it was ready to go on the market.

Absolutely brilliant value for money, I'd recommend Ben's services to anyone and everyone!

I required to quickly clear my mother's rented flat as she was going into care. This was around Christmas time and I had contacted several companies. House Clearance was the only company to respond. Unfortunately, my mother died and it became a very emotional experience. The couple who did the work turned up at the agreed time and did the work in a very professional manner cleaning as they went. But were also very supportive taking time to talk to me.

Ben did exactly what he promised. Very good communication. Organised everything very well. Excellent pair of staff came and did the clearance perfectly, led by Ross.

Don't know where to start. Use at your own peril. Stairs, landings and bedroom carpets written off due to untrained, unqualified, incompetent painter sent by owner of company. Paint everywhere, and I mean everywhere (pictures and video evidence taken to verify this). I'm embarrassed to even mention the quote I agreed to (I thought I was paying for a professional). As for the walls, masking tape left on overnight resulting in paint being ripped off walls. Had to threaten legal action and going to papers to get money back to pay for new carpets. Going to cost me an absolute fortune to get professionals in to rectify the damage. Shouldn't make any difference but they knew I'm registered disabled and they did all this. They then put me through a week of absolute hell messaging back and forth attempting to at least stall or to not pay towards this massive disaster. The only good thing about this was the 2 guys who uplifted furniture etc - they were outstanding and should NOT be confused with having anything to do with what followed after. Again, use at your own peril. I do not want anyone else to have to go through what I just experienced. Christmas ruined.

Ben organised a house clearance for my parents property at short notice when they moved out to sheltered accommodation. The guys on-site were great and the job was completed to the agreed plan. The quotation was based on detailed photographs of each room and invoices were provided before I paid the deposit. I would recommend this company to anyone that has a need to clear a house, it takes care of a challenging job at one of the more difficult times of your life - thanks Ben!

Ben arranged my house clearance within a week taking all the stress away at a busy time. Harry and his helper arrived early on the due date and worked tirelessly until all the furniture was removed and packed in their van.

At very short notice Ben organised a clearance from our late daughters house. He kept us well informed of times etc. His colleague even contacted us when he was stuck in traffic and would be a few minutes late. Definitely use this Company again.
