A big thank you to Neil, Nicki and the team, we had a few hiccups along the way but they were dealt with professionally and quickly. Definitely use them again, 5 stars are not enough.

Fantastic five star service from start to finish - and we were the buyers, not the sellers! Our move wouldn’t have happened and our chain would have collapsed without their help. Nothing was too much trouble. Someone was always available to speak to. And even after completion, Neil went above and beyond with a house call to help sort out an oven which was refusing to work.
If you’re selling in the Weston-Super-Mare area, you’d be mad to go to any other agent and their rates are very reasonable too.

Due to the travel distance involved, communication was very important to us and the HouseFox team massively delivered on this. Neil was extremely proactive, getting 4 people to view within 24 hours and the following day it had sold!! You can’t ask any more from an estate agent, can you?

House Fox were recommended to us by friends and we were extremely satisfied with their service. They were helpful, had local knowledge and were very supportive in a stressful time of selling and moving. The photography was excellent and we had lots of viewings. They also liaised with the solicitors and helped speed up proceedings.
I would recommend them, and as a postscript they were much less expensive than other estate agents.
