NO, NO, NO - DON'T DO IT - USE SOMEONE ELSE. Absolute farce - My house was on the market for a short while, and every half an hour my negotiator changed, and I was to phone AGAIN to schedule a weekly phonecall despite the fact that I had already done it. Very sporadic contact, until I took my house off of the market, after one POSSIBLE viewing which turned into nothing. At this point, the phone calls were very frequent, just to remind me, in case I had forgotten, that I have to pay them £800 in June, for absolutely nothing in my opinion. Yes, I know. Now trying to fleece my 75 year old father for the same, even though they didn't even advertise his property. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Found it really easy to sell my house. Guided and personal assistance from the dedicated team. Great customer service and attention to detail. Would definitely recommend House Network to others looking to buy/sell their home. Excellent and professional company to deal with.

The whole experience so far has been effortless - we have a buyer (STC) within the first week of marketing and can't ask more than that. The tech side of the process is still a bit mystifying - I still don't know what 'raising a ticket' is all about but I guess that's just because I haven't needed to. Amy has been brilliant - guided us faultlessly all the way and has always been available when needed. Totally five star - thank you.

They were very communicative from the start. We haven’t yet been through the entire process so I cannot review on the entire service given from start to finish, but so far they have rung and checked in with progress reports etc, numerous times which does leave you with a feeling of confidence when you have such good communication.

Overall the service is good with a good response rate. Only thing that could be improved, are the touch points; making them a one to one ratio, instead of different people working on the same case/request.
