As a buyer, Had the worst experience dealing with this estate agent. Worst negotiator on housing matters. Had every paper ready to go ahead with the process but at the very last moment the agent (housingnetwork) calls and tells us that vendor has withdrawn the accepted offer. caught this estate agent red handed over the phone that they are involved in allowing others to put offer even after issuing sale memo. Why did we even wasted our time trusting to such rubbish estate agent? All dramas of negotiating, seeking for papers, solicitor’s details lol !! Unethical. It’s not always about seller but if buyer can get a trustworthy service from you then we will happily recommending to friends and families but this agent we won’t recommend to any buyers. We are not recommending this agent to anybody. We wasted our valuable time trusting to this estate agent.

After trying unsuccessfully to sell my house with a high street agent for 3 months, I was amazed and impressed by the brilliant service I received when I switched to House Network. From start to finish the communication was excellent, I was updated regularly and every query I had was answered promptly. The photos taken of my home were very professional and the house was listed 24 hours later . After just 2 weeks I had a buyer and the after sales service was as good as previously. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Excellent value for money, so far so very good, viewings have gone very well with 2 offers within the first week. One of which we have accepted. The only short coming is the lack of a dedicated agent to speak to, which would help inspire confidence in their system.
Oft times the person you speak with is not fully up to speed with your situation till the computer fills them in.

The initial process of setting up contract, photography and advice was excellent.
Also the contact once you have marketed, and access to the members area is flawless.
The initial going live process was a little more difficult and not intuitive or user freindly.
However the overall process is good, and I recommend without hesitation.

Only putting 1 star as I have to, communication from the progression team appalling, a house we had an offer accepted had been taken off the market for a week and no one had been in touch to let us know, the only way we found out was on right move website when the house had changed from sold STC to house no longer on the market.
