We received the bulb and it was shattered 😩

House of, well done you’ve got customer experience totally nailed. Ben was excellent in helping me get a replacement for a damaged (by the delivery guy not house if I reckon) light sleeve and his communication was super helpful and nice, even notifying me that the item had been dispatched. I honestly haven’t received such customer centric support and would hugely recommend this company who are switching things up.

Slight delay by Royal Mail but both lamps ordered are great quality - in fact liked the wooden one so much ordering another as a gift!

My partner recently bought me a beautiful lamp from Houseof.com.
I have a slight obsession with lighting and fell in love with a floor lamp on their site. Unfortunately my son smashed one of the glass shades. I looked online to try and find a replacement but to no avail.
So I thought I'd message Houseof. And see if they could help.
Ben got back to me straight away and said he'd ask the factory if they had a replacement, which they did! And with no charge Ben arranged for it to be sent out to me. Honestly made my week!
Thank you again Ben...you are a star. Definitely recommend this lovely company 😊

We bought the simple round wall brass diffuser lights . One word- stunning! The design and finish- look like lights that would be worth 5 x the price. Simple, elegant designs that will stand the test of time. Very happy

I bought several lights and a large chandelier when the company was first setting up. The quality and design were beautiful. I’m a technologist and I couldn’t find a fault the finish was so high spec.
This week unfortunately whilst changing a bulb I dropped the main lamp shade. I emailed asking if I would be able to get a replacement. A swift reply came firstly from Ben and then confirmation from Pamela to let me know that not only could they help but that it had been shipped but they also didn’t want payment and were just simply happy they could help me. Honestly such a superb company who go above and beyond customer service. I cannot rate it or recommend them highly enough. They have restored my faith in humanity. I only wish I needed more lights for my house, if ever I do in the future they will without a doubt be the first place I look. Just simply amazing Thankyou, you made my day 😍

The lamp arrived really quickly and is so beautiful. I also had an issue with the delivery address I put in (my mistake) and they sorted it really quickly and efficiently.

An amazing company with beautiful design. I accidentally broke one of my globes (feature of the light) and they sent me a replacement, free of charge! Wonderful service that is rare these days. Will definitely purchase from them again!

I have bought a few lights from Houseof at this stage. It can be a bit tricky with delivery costs to Ireland outside the UK but still worthwhile. They have a great eye for design and have pieces in a bigger range of colours and finishes. Product aside their customer service has been better than any company I have encountered. There was an issue with a light (broken by my child), when I emailed asking how I might replace the relevant part they immediately offered to send a replacement. As I am in Ireland I asked if I needed to cover any additional shipping costs and it wasn't needed. Everything was sorted immediately, no questions asked. Would totally recommend.
