Lousy Service - Don't Trust Them
I just sent an email to HOBW re: an order placed on August 11. My account was charged but no receipt of goods. I was told in September that it would be shipped within a week. I had a similar experience with them in June and finally had to dispute the chare with the credit card company. "They" refunded.
Thought I'd give HOBW another chance but it appears to be a mistake. Never again!!! Beware.

Please beware, do not order anything from House of Beauty World or you'll be totally disappointed. I placed an order around September 9, 2022 and only received (3) of the (4) items that I ordered along with a slip enclosed stating the missing item would be shipped within the next 7/10 days. However, I still never received the missing item nor did I receive a refund. I've sent numerous emails inquiring about the status of the missing item & only received (1) response so far stating they would check with their support staff regarding this matter but never heard back from them afterwards. This is the second time I've had problems with an order that I've placed with this company. I'm very much dissatisfied with their customer service and my experience & would like to give anyone ordering from this company the heads up, DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU CAN OFFER TO LOSE MONEY. I am highly disappointed with their customer service and don't ever plan on ordering from them again. I'm sorry, in my opinion, they're just not a reputable company!😞

I was holding off my review of House of Beauty World but now that I have received my order in Australia I thought I'd leave a review. I placed an order on 16/08/2022 and received tracking information but I did not recall this as it went to my junk mail and only when I searched through my inbox 3 weeks later as I hadn't received my order and was like what the fingle is going on??? The tracking site and tracking number were provided and when I clicked on the link from the tracking email it then said it was referred to another company. I searched for it in the new courier (I can't remember the name - CCSF?) under the new tracking number and each time I checked the status it showed the parcel had landed in Australia and then it stalled and had the same status for weeks. But today, I received my order today through Aramex - I got an email regarding the tracking today but the email looked fake so I didn't think anything of it. Anyways, my order had 4 items missing items on the invoice and on a separate slip it had tick boxes and my tick box stated that my items will be shipped out in 7-10 days and the tracking number will come through but I haven't seen that yet. I would of given a higher rating if the communication was better. No wonder why people get pissed off and leave bad reviews!!!
Also, when you send an email regarding status information, the only reply is an automated email.
Although it does state on in fine print that overseas orders can take up to 4 weeks to receive. So maybe they are under staff and don't respond unless orders haven't been received for x amount of weeks? I don't know, but improvement is needed in that department.
The total cost of my order was AUD 129.25 and the missing items were a total of AUD 41.80. Fingers crossed the rest of my order turns up.

I placed an order July 2022, received a partial order in August. From that partial order two of the color relaxers were the wrong color and two were damaged. I emailed and send pictures via text as instructed. I was advised that I would be refunded for the order. To date (October 6, 2022) I have not received a replacement or a refund. I would not recommend ordering from this company. Poor customer service and liars.

I placed my order Aug 30th, and received purchase confirmation, and in the confirmation they stated I'd get tracking info within 4 days.
Never received shipping info, emailed company, and they said my product was on back order, and should ship out the next week.
The next week I still received no shipping information, so I emailed the company back requesting a refund. I have yet to hear from them. The phone number does not work.

The numbers that they have listed do not work and the phone number that they have on site for texting is a joke because they will not respond. I placed an order in good faith and paid for it on 9/15/22. I have NOT received my order or any shipping information. I have emailed customer service THREE times, and they say you will receive word from them in 24 hours. CRICKETS--no word from them. I have called every phone number I can find associated with them, and it is disconnected, won't go through, or I get the message that says "Mailbox full or not found." I am now contacting the Better Business Bureau, my credit card company. This company is SHADY!
