Don't use this Scam website! Ordered on 7/26/22. They took our money. As of 10/1022, NO product NO refund. One e-mail said that the warehouse temperature was over 100 degrees so order could not be processed. Really?

SCAMMERS DO NOT ORDER!!

I used to order from this store for years with amazing service and delivery, they have become a scam sadly. Placed an order at the beginning of august and after a couple emails saying it’s coming and they’re sorry for the delay now I get no response at all, no explanation and no way to get a refund. Sad that a company I use to recommend so highly is now ok with scamming longtime loyal customers. STEER CLEAR!!!

Avoid this website! I placed my order on 8/3/22 (they had no problem taking my money), supposedly shipped on 8/8/22. As of 10/9, still not shipped. Sent MANY emails with no response. Telephone number listed goes to a mailbox that isn't accepting messages. The "warehouse" address listed on the website 4 Falkon Dr, Holland PA is an apartment complex. I will also be conntacting Attorney General's office. Legal action seems to be the only way to get a refund.

This company is a SCAM!!’ I placed an order in 9/22 and was told it was out of stock. Waited 2 more weeks was then told company is going out of business that I must fill out a form to obtain refund. Was never able to find out how to get form. NYS Attorney General has been contacted and has said they have several complaints about this company and are investigating. ORDER AT OWN RISK!!!!!

I placed on order on 8/26/2022. I received my order, but two items were missing. As of today 10/8/2022, I have received my missing items. I emailed numerous times, and no one respond. I called the number provided on the website and there is no one answering the phone. Instead, I'm getting a message that says the mailbox is full. If you cannot fulfill my entire order, then give me a refund for the missing items.

You don't even deserve 1 star. I placed my order on 9/20/22 and never received a tracking number that was promised within 2-4 days as per your email. The order is still 'in process' per your website. I emailed regarding a status on the order 3 times and no one responded to my emails within 24 hours as your website states that a response will be made. I called numerous of times and either the mail box is full or no one is available to take my call. HOB used to be better than this; but now it has become a SCAM OPERATION and I will NEVER do business with HOB again. Had to get my bank involved to get my money back.

My order came in a reasonable amount of time but was incomplete. I have been waiting since the end of August with no word from this company. I have tried calling them and usually can't even leave a message. The one time I did leave a message no one contacted me about this matter. I wonder if this is a scam. I would not suggest ordering anything fom House of Beauty. Seems very shady.

Absolute thieves, this website is a scam!! Never received my order, and no customer service either. DO NOT give your money to these thieves. I was told my order was shipped on the 12th of September. Never arrived, they continued to push the expected delivery date forward so I sent an email to enquire. They gave some silly excuse about a hot summer and the goods were kept in a different warehouse ( why would this affect my order if it had already been shipped like they said 🤔) the next time I tried to communicate it said the link was expired or unsecure. I don’t know how they can continue to scam people like this 😠

Please do not order from this company!!! It is a scam!!! No products; no refund. Ordered 8/2/22. Have called several times-no answer. The one time I did get an answer they said they would ship within a week. That’s been 6 weeks ago.

I placed my order on 08/05/22 for 2. Weeks I kept seeing that my order was being processed .so I called to see what was going on..I was told that they were out of the items that I. So I asked why didn't anyone contact me or refund my money all I got told was as soon as the items come in that I would rwc them.the next day I emailed the. The response I got was that they had shipped my order express this was 08/17/22 the email had a tracking number.when I click on the tracking number it says a label was made on 08/17/22 but they were waiting to receive the item. I have email them 4 timessin÷ the 17th here it is 10/08/222 a d I still haven't received my order the tracking number still says waiting on items no one will refund me my money so I went to BBB on them today.the crazy thing is I have order from them before 3 other times and have always gotten my order..this is bad bussiness. I will never order anything from them again

I'm really disappointed because I have purchased a lot of items from your company, the last order was missing two items I finally got to speak to someone and she told me to email the slip that came in my package and I did but no answer and no merchandise I will not ever order anything else from your company.

Company is a fraud. Placed order in July, wrote 3 emails, one in August, one in September, and the last this month asking about the order. One reply was thanking me for my patience, other 2 reply’s stated the shipping was slow due to the heat and not being able to work in the factory to get my item shipped. As I sit here writing this, in a sweater and long pants, my patience has run out and it most certainly is not too hot to work so I guess my item is not coming. SCAM, SCAM, SCAM!!!

I placed an order on 8/5/2022 and I am still waiting on my order. I have emailed numerous times for a refund and have not heard a word from the company nor have I gotten a refund. I will be sending emails to the Better Business Bureau and to the state's Attorney General Office because this is unacceptable. They can't keep taking people's money. There are numerous reviews were people have not received products not gotten a refund.

They did not deliver all my orders, and they won't refund my $45 for the item they didn't have in stock to ship to me. I feel they are scammers, and people should think twice when buying from them. They won't reply to emails or text messages, and their phone number won't even connect. I am a Very Unsatisfied customer.

I ordered merchandise and never received it. I wrote 12 emails to the company, got replies on 3 that it would be looked into. Never got a credit or the merchandise.

This company is scamming people and in addition to it they are using Amazon pay where they use your Amazon payment and shipping address information. However, the order is never sent and no updates are provided. I tried reaching their customer support and the phone is disconnected. My order number is 2159768. Additionally, I would recommend reaching out to Amazon support and provide them the PO # for the order that can be found at pay.amazon.com if you made any payment on the House of Beauty website using Amazon pay.
