I am so glad I found House of Beauty! I can't find my favorite hair color in town anymore and ran across it here in an online search. This is my 2nd time ordering!

Do not order from this company. I am based in Ireland and have ordered from this company many times and always received my products. I placed an order in early August and they took my money.. I never received the products. I have sent multiple emails and now have no way to get my money back. This is shocking

I missed some items ! Explanation was that they were in another warehouse & I never received them! I couldn’t go through the Customer service number provided.

I will never buy again, I made an order in which I did not receive 22 satin hats from stay in satin, and despite the fact that I put the claim several times I never got an answer, there was a note that said that in September they would complete the ordered and still waiting, I lost about $50 I feel robbed, and terrible customer service

I placed an order of $96.69 over a month, I sent emails with no answered, the phone number on their web page is not a working number then I placed a complaint in Better Business Bureau hopefully they will do something about this scammers

An item was missing from my order with a note saying a return would be given but it never was. I must have called 5 times and was only able to reach someone once. An email was returned stating that this would be "reviewed" but after multiple reminders there has been no further response or resolution. I would not trust ordering from this company.

THIS IS TOTAL SCAM!!! I WISH I WOULD'VE LOOKED HERE BEFORE I ORDERED. I SENT ORDER IN ON 8/30/22 I HAVE NOT HEARD FROM THEM SINCE. I HAVE SENT 2 OR 3 EMAILS ASKING WHAT'S GOING ON AND HAVE NOT HEARD ANYTHING FROM THEM. I AM GOING TO CALL BBB AND ATTORNEY GENERAL AND REPORT THEM.

How this company is even in business is beyond me. I placed an order on August 7. Weeks later the order arrived in complete with hundreds of dollars of product not included. They said certain things were on backorder so I gave them the benefit of the doubt in a few weeks later nothing had arrived. When I called to complain and find out what was going on and inquire for a refund, it was impossible to even reach someone on the phone. Their phone numbers are not even legitimate. Finally I got a hold of someone and they were going to issue a refund but then magically a few days later another box arrived with some of the missing products but not all. The remaining products that were not included they said they were going to refund. It is now more than two months since the initial order and they have not provided the refund. Please save yourself the trouble and money and do not work with this company! They need to be reported and shut down ASAP

I placed my order on 09-13-22 with them and got a confirmation update on 09-17-22 which said: Your order is being processed. Please allow 2 to 4 business days processing time after which you'll receive a tracking number from us.

I STILL DON'T HAVE MY ORDER!
I have emailed multiple times for an update on my order status with no reply. All the phone numbers that I find online for them do not work. They are a rip-off. Reporting them to BBB.

This site is not good,i buy two body lotion 🧴 I never received my order now is three weeks ago when i try to contact them nobody pickup the phone. And my soap i just received today, i m waiting for my body lotion.

I unfortunately placed an order with House Of Beauty World on 9-21-2022. On 9-24-2022 I received an e-mail from the company stating that the following “ Please allow 2 to 4 business days processing time after which you’ll receive a tracking number from us. As of today I have not received any further information nor my order. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY . I lost out $99.61 . The telephone number and e-mail provided by this company is in active. Will make a complaint with the BBB.

Worst customer service,these people are definitely thieves, i received a partial order, sent an email multiple times, not able to speak to anyone about my order, i definitely paid for something i never received, house of beauty beware that I've filed a complaint against you, this company is a scam,

Scam - I never received the products and the tracking number they provided doesn't exist. It's been 4 months. I tried to contact them so many times I can't count. Waste of my time and money.

I don’t understand why these people are still in business. I have the same complaint. “SCAMMERS “ !!
I see now that I will not get my $70.00 refund. But I’m a fighter, we have got to put a stop to this foolishness.

Terrible customer service...won't answer the phone, return phone calls or respond to emails and don't even think about trying to cancel an order! Do yourself a favor and go to Amazon!

Bought to sets of products, received the first set and never received the second set.

I can't find my original order and I dont believe I received anything from your company. Please send me my invoice and proof of delivery.

My order came damaged and I have emailed twice and no response from anyone. Besides my order I was charged 17.99 shipping . So I’m out 46 dollars and no merchandise I can use. I will nor order from this company again.

Sadly I ordered product over a month ago and I’ve only received one item and have not heard anything on when the other two items are shipping.
