I’d give it zero - took money and then order cancelled and no refund or response to emails - DO NOT USE

Ordered hundreds of dollars' worth, never received my skin care items. Filed a dispute with my bank, won the dispute. They then fabricated false evidence and took my money back — I didn't know better then but if House of Beauty World does this to you, you can start a dispute with PayPal. You are also allowed to pursue the matter legally.

HOB, should be shut down, they are nothing but con ripping consumers off please contact the attorney general in your area if you have been ripped off by these scammers, they send defective products to consumers and refuse to correct their order or reimburse the consumer, I had this happen to me in 2021 and I will not let them get away with their Bleepsh++, the more complaints sent hopefully they will close this site down, and apparently some of the good reviews must be from bots, or consumers they have paid, shop at your own risk, the reviews are true they sell and shipped broken items, items that appeared to have been already used and etc. (see my previous post to explain)

Recently I meat with my friends she advised me that the product of House of Beauty World are authentic.and quality is pure . It's a best company.

The quality of the products I ordered and received was damaged! I would strongly advise against shopping here at House of Beauty World due to their low-quality products and poor customer service!

I'm very happy with the tips card everyday deposit after a few minutes in the account, still waiting to be a sign for delivered to my house. God bless

AWFUL. Do NOT order from this scam website. There is no way of contacting them as their mail box is always full, no replies to email etc. Ordered item for next day delivery- never arrived. Had to force a refund via paypal. DISGUSTING

SCAM!!! I ordered items over two years ago. Tried to call them… goes to recorded message. Stay away!!! Stick with reputable sites!

1 year ago I wrote this, the customer care wrote me that they were taking care of my situation. Nothing changed a they still keep my 400 euro. I will write the same review every week until my situation is solved.

A fraud operated by thieves!
One year has passed and they still have my money and I didn’t receive the creams I ordered. 6 months ago I wrote a review here and they answered that they were taking care of my situation but they never did. They stole a total amount of 400 euros!! Not trustable at all. If they answer here that they will solve the situation don’t believe it unless I write a new review in which I specify that I received my money back.
In Italy we call them tieves and we call this a fraud.
It's the second time that they answer with the same corona issues but they never do nothing to solve the problem. They stole 400 euros

Do not use this company, it is fraudulent. I placed an order from UK in September 2022 and did not receive it. I enquired on numerous occasions however have not received a single response. This company needs to be investigated.

fraud website, No refund or products Received, I ordered 3 wigs as I saw an influencer advertise some wigs.... didn't receive 3 of my wigs I have been contacting them since I made the order September 2022, we are now in march 2023 and I have had no responses £90 wasted

I ordered years ago emailed multiple times about my products that I ordered which was 50 items . I’ve never been contacted and you cannot get ahold of them it’s a scam and I highly advise you not to order from them .

Ordered a wig on the 10th of September still haven't received it and now its a new year. Customer service sent a link claiming it has been dispatched ,not sure i believe that, it should not take 5 months to receive a item.
I strongly urge anyone reading this review to not waste there time using this company.

Strongly I advise you to not even click on the site. Honestly would give this 0 if I could. Worst customer service I have ever witnessed. Very ignorant and unprofessional. It’s really embarrassing. Still to this day haven’t gotten a refund for an order that never came (it’s been a year).
