I did not receive my order and have send a number of email no response. Order

I have never had issues with this company they deliver on time and everything intact, but lately I am trying to place order but it wouldn’t let me it says they working on their out app for over 3 weeks now and it is so Baffling and disappointing. I hope they fix it so I can place my order!

I placed an order months ago , never received the item or refund even after emailing the company several times. Do not buy from this website ‼️

Ordered eyeliner in June still waiting for product.

They can send me my order since October 9th. I thought they have gone OOB. I see Amazon has there products. There is no phone number anymore and if you contact them they will not return. I know that is usual behavior for this company. So are they still in business?

I wish I could give zero stars!!! In the past, House of Beauty World wouldn't return my emails/voicemails for days (even though the automated voice stated/states that someone will return my call(s)/email(s) within 24-48 hours). Now, dead silence!! No response. I am out almost $90.00. I am going to consult a lawyer. If anyone else would like to sue this company maybe we can file a class action suit.

Never got product or refund. Whenever I try to contact them they do not respond. Reported them to the FTC.

Placed and order on 09/21 but never received shipping information or the order in the mail. Have tried without any luck to contact their phone number but the message is that mailbox is NOT FOUND.
I sent an email today and will wait for 24 hrs. For an answer. If not answer is receive I’ll contact my credit card company but I’ll also contact the consumer protection agency to star an investigation on this company. I have been patient, but too many people are going through the same issue.

Hi, I want to share what happened to me, I make an ordered in August and guess what it's November and I didn't receive nothing, I send an email every week and they never answer, this company it's worst , please before you think to buy something read the comments.

I ordered lashes in September! Im still waiting for my order. They took my $70.00 and I received nothing. The phone lines are disconnected. No one responds. Beware of this fraudulent site!!!! You will never receive your order!

Reading all the comments on this site I can't believe all the negative feedback about this company. I have order lots of products for the past five or more years and NEVER had a problem receiving my order and very please with the products.

I ordered my hair product's back in September, received an email saying they received my order and will send in a timely matter. And now I haven't received anything, not a single response. Email at least 10 times and NOTHING!!

I placed a order July 22 2022, order #Hob-213 1941, Have not received it yet. I have placed many calls 215-238-9191, also 800-588-0266 no response. My order was $55.65. Very dissatisfied with company. Please beware, they are a fraud.

I placed an order on August 30. Today is November 17. I have never received my order. Several times I called the phone number given, but the "mailbox" is full, so no calls can be made. I have emailed House of Beauty numerous times. I get a response saying they will get back to me but they never do. I think this is not a real company, but a scammer. Beware!

I placed an order for my elderly mother to her senior citizens building. The package was stolen by someone living there or visiting there. I called your customer service line and asked that the order to be reshipped and your clerk said no and just hung the phone up on me. She was rude that was not called for. I have ordered from your company many times in the past and received my orders. I will not order from your company anymore.

HORRIBLE..I have ordered and never received my Product.. Lots of unanswered emails and the phone number doesn't work

I am incredibly disappointed with this company. I have purchased from them before and all went well. However, I made a large order in July 2022 and despite numerous attempts at contacting them they are yet to respond! It is now mid-November and still nothing! I am on the other side of the world so the time difference is awkward, but I have even set an alarm to call them during their business hours but just receive 'the mailbox is full' Not good enough. I would like a refund IMMEDIATELY, OR the products. I hope this gets read and someone can assist, otherwise, I have lost hundreds of dollars and will have to admit they must be scammers!

Today is November 12, 2022 I placed my order September 1, 2022 and I still haven’t received my order, s refund, any correspondence from anyone at the company, NOTHING!

Placed an order in July and received an email confirming that order had been shipped a couple of days later. Nothing until an email explaining delay in shipping "due to incredibly hot August month we were not able to take in deliveries our warehouse". No response to a follow up email in October, except an autoreply. Have requested a refund, but doubt that I will receive anything. So disappointed that I did not read the reviews first.
