They need to stop!

After reading these reviews, the same thing happened to me. Called every# available, emailed and nothing. Placed an order in September. It's now pretty much mid-November and still nothing. They of course processed the payment with no problem.
I suggest you contact your financial institution and have them reverse the charge. Fill out the information, tell your truth and they will take it from there.
Get your $ back. They won't respond, go to your bank, your people.

Avoid this company

Never received product

Never received product. Placed an order 3 months ago. Have never received it. Called and emailed this company multiple times. Unable to get assistance from CS. Requested a full refund. No response. Still waiting on response. The amount of trouble you encounter with them is not worth the little discounts in the end.

I ordered twice in September

I ordered twice in September. I received two of my four items but was told the other two was out of stock and will be send out as soon as they get them. I have been leaving emails and text messages.l tried to call but it says voicemail can’t be located. I will never order from here again.

This is a scam!!!!!

I placed my order on 9/9/22....paid and got a confirmation.....that was the last I've heard. None of the phone numbers work...can't get on the website without a "sign-in ID" I have filled out the customer service contact form 3 times....never any response. No shipping info and definitely no package. If I could leave a score of less than 1 star....I would. Real ripoff!!

THEY ARE A SCAM

THEY ARE A SCAM. I put in an order 3 months ago and never recieved it. I have send multiple emails, tried phoning multiple times and have had no response and their phone lines don't connect to anything. TOTAL SCAM. I'm reporting them as fraud to my credit card company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

Never shipped product and will not respond to anyone

I ordered shampoo from them and while they charged my card instantly, they never shipped the product. A week went by ... still no communication on when or if it would ship (I had paid for expedited shipping). Their website went down as well so I was unable to use the "contact us" link found in the order confirmation email.

Finally I contacted my credit card company and they were unable to get them to respond so after a month the dispute was closed in my favor.

Whoever runs this business is either a scam artist OR in way over their head with running the place. Assuming they are trying to run a legit business they should suspend taking new orders until they can fill them, or maybe pare the catalog down to something smaller that they can manage. And if they are just a scam artist trying to leverage an existing business to steal money from people ... they should know that every single person they steal from is a more valuable human because they aren't afraid to work for their money. Scam artists are worthless people.

*Terrible* House of Beauty World

I have repeatedly sent emails for over two months regarding a return I sent back in July. Calling is a joke and I was told, they don't answer calls...??
Someone did answer one of my emails and told me they would have someone respond to my returned items. NOTHING WAS FOLLOWED UP. THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN FOR POOR PRACTICES.

Wasted money and time

I ordered outre my tresses in August. The order came in a timely manner but the overall product was horrible. I had to throw the hair away. While washing it I noticed dye. I soaked/washed it 3 times and after the last wash it had a horrible smell and dye was still running. I've ordered from this company years ago but after experiencing this. I not only wasted money but now I know not to order this brand of hair anymore. Or from this website.

DO NOT order from House of Beauty…

DO NOT order from House of Beauty World. They used to be a good company but they are awful now. I placed an order back in May that was delivered timely and without issue. Then I placed another order on August 26th and only received half of the order. They said the rest would be shipped shortly. It's 10/31 and I still don't have the other products. They don't respond to email and their phone number doesn't work anymore. I'm having no success getting a refund from them so I've contacted PayPal. They must be out of business now. Don't waste your time or money.

Never received out of stock item.

I placed a order in July and received 2 items. The other item was out of stock but would send as soon as it comes in. It's October and I still haven't received my item or a refund. They replied to my email once requesting copies of the form that they sent me but now they don't even respond anymore. I have ordered them several times before and never had any problems with them until now.

Never received the balance of my order. I am owed 4 Luster's Pink Kids Shampoo. Order # 2158640. Will never do business with this company again. I have tried calling and cannot leave a message. Have sent 10 emails with no response. If I could give them zero stars I would.
