Help! It has been 2 months and I still never received my order. There is no response when I call the customer service phone number and I have never heard back when I e-mailed the company. Does this company eve exist?

I placed an order on 9/5. It is now 10/28 and I haven't received anything. I've sent 3 emails to their "customer service" and haven't received a response. The phone number on their website is no good. HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!

Didn't receive all of my order and I have emailed them twice and still no response...

I bought from them for over $250 they shipped the part of my order and sent a message that the other part will be shipped later. It’s been three months I still have not received part of the order worth about $160. I wrote to them they replied once now they won’t even reply to me.

I just like to say thank you to all who have written their reviews here, it has saved me from even thinking about ordering. I bought this cream for $5 from a small family bargain store but the name of the cream "collagen with vitami C&E" has intereted me to search and find out more about it. So the cream must be good but the retail store is not good. thankß.

Please don't use this company. I have noticed that their website is working again so I am sure people can now make orders that will never come. I am still awaiting an order from August and the company says they have shipped twice, but the tracking number they sent doesn't work. You can't actually speak to a person.

Haven’t yet received any information on an order I made on 18/10/2022.
Sent many email but no reply.

This company is a scam. Please spend your money else where

Ordered & paid £40 worth of stuff in August. Never received, have sent numerous emails & texts & nothing. I had used them a few times before and all was fine. So frustrating & complete waste of time & money.

Ordered two hair straighteners back in the summer, took a while to receive a response back via email but the products came perfect and brand new. Would recommend!

I purchased some items back in Jun 2021, what arrived in time. Then my next order from Oct 2021 never arrived, contacted them severel times to request a refund but never got a reply back.

These company is a big time fraud. I purchased a product back in September paid $45 USD then had to pay extra for the conversion fees. I have yet to receive my item. I've sent countless emails to no response regarding my refund. I wish I read the reviews before i purchased.

Don't buy anything from them. The company is a Scam. Ordered some products back in July and still no products. Emailed them many times and been told they will check. Now, there's no reply. And no refund. We used to buy stuff from them but think they might be in trouble financially. So won't be ordering anything from them and don't think anyone should. Very very very bad!!!!

Ordered on August 4th, 2 of 6 items were shipped with a note saying the remainder would ship soon. It's October 24th and I still have not received my order. I called numerous times, no answer. I emailed as well. No response. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE

They will bill your credit card and
NEVER ship your product.
Order placed 9-17-22 and should
have arrived 9-28-22. I never got a
email saying it shipped. No tracking info.
I saw that they charged my CC and tried
to reach out to them.
They NEVER respond to emails regarding
orders or take phone calls.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
I reported them to the BBB.

Order a product (total cost $41.00) on August 1st. I had an acknowledgment. The money was taken from my credit card. Since then no goods have arrived. I've sent probably 8 or 9 emails and had a few replies. They couldn't deliver in August as it was hot and their warehouse was closed!!! In September a couple of further excuses. Nothing in the last 3 weeks. This firm should not be trusted. 5 stars so it may end up on their site!

My item never arrived. Order placed 15th July. I contacted Customer Service multiple times and not once have they had the courtesy to respond.

Brought products from this store months ago in August cant track my parcel and now the company is ignoring my emails I've been emailing since August and company wont resolve the issue and now to be totally ignored PLEASE DO NOT BUT FROM THIS COMPANY THEYLL TAKE YOUR MONEY THAN IGNORE YOU 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬👎👎👎👎👎
