Scam company! Ordered September still waiting January! Taking up a fraud issue with credit card company. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

My order hasn't moved since May 21!
I've been almost 7 months without seeing movement of my order.

Awful company, definitely do not shop.

Made an order in June 2022, order did not arrive until September 2022 only after I put through a fraud request on my credit card. When my order did arrive, one item was missing, I'm still waiting for my partial refund in January 2023. I have sent 8 emails, no one replies.

Absolutely company, I'd give 0 stars if I could.

If I could I would give 0 stars! The worst service I have ever experienced!!! AVOID!!

First of all they advertise free shipping on orders over £99 and then on checkout you have to pay for your shipping as there is no free option.

I paid for priority shipment and the package was delivered days later All damaged!!

They didn't wrap even one product (glass bottles) just loosely thrown it into an oversized box. On opening everything was covered in sticky gel, bottles were broken, chipped, dented (metal ones) and scratched. There was no production date/expiry date on the labels due to the gel eating away the print and it took me an hour and a pile of wipes and cleaner to clean the product.

3 weeks later I,am still fighting for a refund despite sending photos, numerous messages and willingness to send the products back.

The owner is plain rude, disrespectful and in my case I think all customer rights were violated yet still, no refund, avoidance in communication and it seems like total disorganisation within the company.

I will NEVER ever buy anything again from them and warn you to AVOID them!

If you need any of the products go to Design4nails, their products are the same but the service is 1st class! Speedy delivery, fantastic support. House of Beauty is in fact a House of nightmare, headache, wasted time, money, patience and faith in humanity.

I had to get PayPal involved to get my money back and reported to citizens b. Too. If I have to I'll go to Ombudsman because as long as they get away with trading people this way, holding on to their money, ignoring etc. They will continue and no one ever should.

Shame on you House of Sh.i.t!

They never mailed me my product and never gave me my refund. I wrote them called and left messages and no their phone is no longer in service bunch of crooks. Almost 20.00 down the drain and i’m not in a position to waste 20.00 😡😡😡

Never use this company. They take your money and don’t send the goods. Even though I’ve written to them and telephone them, they don’t even respond.

Very happy to take over 100 UK pounds off me but nothing after that. Don’t waste your money!

I'm back! Not a 5 rating but a minus 500 rating. I ordered two products in April this year. After calls and emailed on 8/8 22 they said I would get a refund. Haven't seen anything. I see that their website is closed. Good. Hope they they all got switches, coal and hard biscuits for Christmas.

Still waiting for an item I ordered in SEPTEMBER. No one has answered numerous calls, emails, or texts. I wouldn’t shop here again if I wanted what I ordered or if I needed any help. They have the money now and don’t really care if you’re satisfied.

I bought stuff over 100 dollars from them I never got them. That's terrible.

I placed an order on the 18th of September and still have not received it. I’ve emailed all of my information etc. and not had any response. I’ve previously dealt with your company and had no problems.

UPDATE: This company is a complete fraud. They've promised a refund for nearly 3 months now and nothing. This has been ongoing since August. Fortunately Visa legal is intervening now and proceedings have begun. Outrageous fraud from this company.

Terrible customer service received my product that were busted all in the box out of four jars only one was useable a waste of money texted the so called refund number to never get my issue resolved waste of product and money never buying anything from here again

Have ordered in the past with no issue. Placed an order in September, nothing. No response to calls, emails, etc. I will be contacting the BBB, Attorney General in the state this business is located. Be very aware and DO NOT order from here!!!!

I ordered a good bit of things from this place 28th August and still have not received any of my items. They said it was shipped but there wasn’t any tracking information. I sent them an email and tried contacting, but no answer or reply. I’m annoyed because I spent a lot of money on the items.
