Great Company fantastic prices free shipping

Great Company with a lot of fantastic products. Refunding or Cancelling an order is very straight forward with zero hassle. The same products can be found at other UK online suppliers higher priced and also with an additional shipping charge, so House of Enki has extremely good value for money with ZERO shipping costs. I highly recommend this company.

Excellent customer service and speedy…

Excellent customer service and speedy delivery. Good quality products at very reasonable price. Very impressed that an item I returned (decided on a different style of tap from the same company) was refunded within 2 days. Recommended and would purchase again.

Beware buying bath, shower mixer taps labelling can be in wrong place.

Purchased Enki - Dune bath mixer and shower tap.
Customer on holiday, bathroom given a complete makeover. Carton on this tap all battered and torn when arrived just left behind my door. No fitting instructions inside. Tap marked on back with blue dot for cold and red dot for hot, all pipe work fitted under bath according to these markings. Not enough pressure for this tap to work properly, client returned stating a new Combi boiler being fitted in few days. I then go away for a few weeks client calls saying he now has the pressure but the tap isnt giving any hot water. I call Amazon and a replacement tap is sent. On my return I immediately got to sort this, both taps compared next to each other and dots on them different. I fit the new one and send the photos to Enki explaning the situation. They reply saying they have quality control in place to ensure that this doesn't happen ( WELL IT HAS ) and that as a rule hot goes on the left and cold on the right and offer £80 as a good will gesture. I respond to this stating I know about the hot and cold procedure having fitted several bath and sink taps, as well as thermostatic showers, also stating some foreign ones are opposite way round. Regardless of their so called quality control this tap was marked wrong and the fault for this lies completely at their door. My customer hasn't been able to use his shower or bath for weeks caused by their negligence, had to replace bath end panel as it water ingress due to him making a contraption to fill the bath from the basin tap. Responsibility for this labelling, causing all this stress to him as well as myself having to take off all bath panels and adjust the pipework underneath the bath for the new tap. The measly offer they made is totally inadequate for all all of this inconvenience caused, doesn't even cover my labour. They should cover this, replace the bath panel and express their most sincere apologies to my customer and compensate him. How would they feel had this happenned to them? I'm quite sure they also would demand more. Taking this matter to Trading Standards, and to their Managing Director. Disgusting service. ( So have emailed them twice since I posted this review, with what my customer with what my customer would accept as adequate compensation for all his inconvenience, and they haven't had the decency to reply. ) OK Trading Standards here we come.

I ordered some lovely brass taps in Oct…

I ordered some lovely brass taps in Oct last year. In this last week one of them was getting loose and I contacted the support team for advice. They were extremely quick in responding and helpful, giving me advice on what to try first and offering videos on what else to try to address the issue. The first actions resolved the issue and the tap now works perfectly again as well as looking beautiful. I would buy again if needing other taps etc.

New tap valves

I needed new tap valves and sent a message to House of Enki to ask which valves fit my taps and they sent me the correct ones to order from them, all good up to the point of fitting them on doing so and switching water on they not only dripped but constant small amount of water came out even when turned off. I then took them back out and had to put the old blue/red washers from the old taps and take the new ones of, this has worked but a lot of messing around.

Horrible service.

Horrible service.
Our bath tap newly ordered but leaking and we paid big price fod the plumber to put on. Plumber found slight leaking straight away and told us if leaking continues, we must contact manufacturer. We did and send a leaking video as requested, emailed 3 times but 2 weeks passed still no replies. No one answer phone neither...such a bad experience!
