The customer service is non existent. I've tried to contact them every way possible but I feel completely ignored. I've text, emailed, WhatsAppd and phoned. I've phoned 30 odd times since April and no one has ever picked up. There's no opportunity to leave a voicemail. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM! I've requested a refund for an order around £50 and I've not heard anything back, not seen a penny. Please please don't use this shop, it should be closed down!

I've been waiting for delivery of a product for weeks and weeks. Nothing received (despite paying when I ordered). I've called and emailed many times but no one gets back to me about the order. Do not use this company.

I ordered some signals on 27th May - got an order confirmation. No delivery after 2 weeks so emailed for an update; no reply. Emailed and phoned after 3 weeks and 4 weeks; no reply. Emailed an order cancellation; no reply. Credit card company have now refunded my money.

Feedback for an Order that has not been received!

Ordered goods on 2 May, (order no WEB24931-019) still waiting on 7 July, no response to emails and unable to leave a message whenever I ring.
The only communication I have had from this alleged trader was a 'heartfelt apology' on 17 May, the cash was taken straight away but no goods have been supplied, it appears that I am one of many and to me it seems a dubious way to run a business, taking money and not supplying the ordered goods means people will shop elsewhere in future, thanks for nothing Martin.

Edit ~ time passes, no goods, now 15 July, I have been scammed, this chap is no different to those scam nuisance calls.

Edit (2) ~ time passes, dust settles now 6 August and delivery from this con man is there none, come on Martin at least have the decency to come on here and tell me why you took my money with no intention of supplying he goods for which I paid.

I ordered on 22/06/24 and now 08/07/24 it hasn’t even been dispatched despite all items being in stock. I’ve emailed and phoned with no response, I’ve even used PayPal resolution which has not been responded to, sadly there appears to be a lot of reviews like this. Make your own conclusions from this.

I have still not received my order after 7 weeks. Payment was taken immediately. I have tried calling and email to no avail. When I phone it simply clicks into an email message with no means of messaging. I am yet to have a reply from email.

Very poor service. Order placed on 17 June 2024 and not received by 5 July. No reply to a chasing email on 28 June. Unable to contact by phone, and no provision for leaving a message. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS FIRM. I will be reporting them to Trading Standards.

Ordered WEB25640 on 10 June and now on 4 July, no reply from my e-mail and have telephoned several times to no avail, keeps telling me to ring back later and not to leave a message.
What a terrible company will not recommend to the model club I am with.
will send e e-mail for a refund, but do not hold any hopes.

I ordered goods on 10 June and when nothing cam allowed 15 days before sending reply email.
Turned out that they use a no reply box when sending out confirmation. This is a bad practice as it implies that a firm does not want to hear from its customers.
Having searched the website I found another email address and sent off another email on 30th June, 20 days from order! at 3rd July having sent yet another email I have still no response.
I tried telephoning the number on the website on several occasions, but received a recorded message saying that I could not leave a message.
Good practice would be to ensure that messages can be left, or that the offered call back should work rather than being told that the mailbox is full.
I did receive a call from their number twice following, but on each occasion when I answered the call immediately cut off.
This firm has serious problems with their communications which will lose them business. I just want my refund now.

Ordered online 5th April. It's now July and no sign of refund or ordered items. Martins happy to take your money but then gives excuse after excuse before cutting contact. Buyer beware...

Appalling service. They take your money then don't send what you've ordered. Seems they are scammers. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Ordered on 6 June (now 2 July). Received nothing since the (I assume) automatic order confirmation. Tried emailing but no response, tried phoning and no answer / no option to leave a message. Feel like my money has been stolen.

Ordered items but after two weeks waiting had no items or response to my emails

I am not one for writing bad reviews as I don’t want to give anyone’s business a bad reputation however I feel I have been very patient and don’t want others to waste their time or money. I placed an order on the 29th May to be delivered within 14 days, (now 1st July) not one update on the order and have still not received a reply from any emails never mind my order, I understand there is staff shortages however don’t take peoples money and not give updates if well over the timeframe for delivery. I have also called with no answer. As I cannot speak to anyone regarding my order ( WEB25427-729) I will be calling my bank for a refund.

This is my final review regarding this unfortunate business. After several weeks of waiting for my goods and their failure to respond to my many attempts to contact them, I resorted to disputing the credit card payment. My bank sorted it I am pleased to report. All I can say in in my entire life I have never had dealings with such an incompetent business.

I ordered goods on 7th June and was led to believe that I would receive my delivery within 7-10 days, I still haven’t received it.
I’ve tried phoning, no answer and you can’t leave a message, and there’s no answer to my emails.
Be wary of ordering anything from this company.
