When a London company comes to Bath for something there has to be a very good reason why; actually there are lots. Fantastic range of products backed up by brilliant staff and the very best customer service and after sales support. We have now been using House of Radiators for five years and will continue to do so for many more.

A very good experience. The planning of our requirements and decision on the specific radiators was helped by their expertise. We were able to take home “ miniature versions” in the colour we wanted to see how it would look in our home. After we ordered the radiators they arrived with a delivery company that telephoned ahead of time to give us the heads up, and all went smoothly.

Radiators were a great price but more importantly the service from start to finish could not be praised enough. For me nice column radiators are one of those products you have to view before buying (as there are so many to choose from!) so being able to go into the shop to see and be talked through the range was really, really helpful. You could not do that via a website! Someone came out to measure and advise on heat output - again helpful as I needed the radiators to fit into the existing pipe space and meet the needs of a drafty old house. The lovely ladies in the shop pulled out all the stops when I changed my mind and urgently wanted 'slip on feet' which arrived the very next day. This sort of friendly, personal service is gold and you wouldn't get that shopping online. However, saying all of that, if you were to buy via THEIR website I feel confident enough to reassure anybody buying online with House of Radiators that they would get the same quality service I received when I popped in in person. The rads are all fitted now and they look so good - roll on winter as we're ready for you ;).
