Broken Promises
Unable to review the product as DHL has failed to deliver twice now. I have paid House of Spells extra for this service so that I don’t face with this type of problem. Very disappointed.

In general the items, delivery all perfect. House of spells and the people that work there are amazing.
The website however didn’t give me the 15% Harry Potter birthday discount even though I typed in the code, and when on payment options I chose to use PayPal credit as method of payment, but it didn’t give me the option of how long I wanted monthly repayments.
(example 3,6,12,24 months etc)
Even though it stated I could choose them options when it came to payment.

PayPal doesn't offer the option to monthly payments but we have the Clearpay option if you want to pay it monthly.
We apologise that the discount didn't work for you but you should have sent us an email to verify it and help you with your order.
