Needed advice on buying a new mod
Needed advice on buying a new mod - my previous one, which had issues to begin with, had started to refuse to detect any atomisers. Goot good advice via their online store, and was able to easily purchase a new mod that a) was compatible with the batteries I had from my previous mod, and b) was compatible with my tanks. Took a while to get (was not able to get same day delivery, and the delivery was somewhat delayed due to the current situation with COVID-19) but when it arrived it worked perfectly, and has had no issues so far.

BEST VAPE SHOP EVER!!!
I honestly love shopping here, I have been to a few vape shops and none of them compares to the House of Vapes. Customer service is always top-notch and they always have the highest quality liquid. What makes them even better is they all know their stuff and will go out of there way to help you pick exactly what you want, I have never been disappointed.
With regards to a recent purchase I made online I spoke to a lovely staff member named Jenny. She was really polite and helpful (Not that I would expect any less from the House of Vape) and even managed to get my order to me the same day during the pandemic. Thank you so much, and we really need you in Southampton where I go to Uni.
