When we asked Patrick if there was any way we could thank him for taking so much time and effort with us over a couple weeks while we made a decision I couldn’t get to this review fast enough. We are indecisive and just don’t want a bad bed again. The 100 night comfort guarantee was big for us. We’ve been on our Naturepedic Halcyon for 2 months now and we are RELIEVED. I don’t think we will be swapping and our backs are better than ever! Thanks Patrick sososo much :)

Patrick at the Kirby store ensured that I had a wonderful interaction. He was well spoken and took the time to break things down in ways I could understand.

But really, max was incredibly helpful and I found the best mattress. Couldn't be happier.

Houston natural mattress is the best place to get a new mattress, the store is super clean and the customer service from Max was superb.

Nice new artistic showroom with a nice flow and a bunch of comfy beds in Rice Village :) Good deal and clean mattress w/ a great "sleep consultant", Patrick. Bought a couple of twins for the kiddos, just got delivered and professionally setup. We will be back for ours!

Patrick was wonderful in helping us with our new mattress! He is very knowledgeable about the products and made excellent suggestions catering to our needs. Patrick’s customer service was outstanding, and my husband and I will definitely be purchasing from him in the future!

I spoke with Patrick @ Kirby. I just moved here during COVID-19 craziness but I still have to have a mattress. I chose houston natural mattress for their closed/private appointment options (sounded cleaner, safer) I spoke with Patrick and hearing the efforts to sanitize the mattresses and store with air filters and disinfectants I decide to come in regular hours. Store was very clean and Patrick got us in and out like we wanted. Good job guys

Patrick was great! We originally went in to purchase 1 bed now and needed another 2 in a few months.. We left purchasing all 3 with the deal he gave us. Houston natural mattress will be our go-to for anything bed from now on!

Louis was a wealth of knowledge and really took the time to listen to us and our needs and make recommendations based on all the information, needless to say we bought a new mattress today!!

Wow, Patrick was actually extremely knowledgeable! I didn't expect much from a mattress salesmen based on previous experiences, but I was pleasantly surprised. My husband and I (really just myself) did a lot of research on cleaner alternatives to all the chemicals in the popular mattresses (why even put chemicals in a bed!?!). I went in to just get more information, but 2 hours later after I could drag my husband in we made a new bed purchase! We never felt pressured and had a new process the "sleep consultant" lead us through. We got the Posh + Lavish after sleeping on a tempurpedic. The bed feels even better at a comparable price WITH NO CHEMICALS oh and a 20 yr warranty is a nice touch! Would definitely recommend Patrick and Natural Mattress to anyone needing a new bed or simply seeking to clean up their lives like us!

Max was so helpful in finding me the right mattress! Perfect comfort level and safe to sleep on. Excited to have a new clean mattress!

Maxwell is the best! I recommend everyone who needs a new mattress, frame, bedding only buy from there. I went to the location at The Woodlands and it was top notch.

Welcome to the neighborhood!

An incredible store and wonderful mattresses! First off, EVERYTHING is chemical free! As a consumer, this was HUGE for me. On top of that, the mattresses are BEYOND comfortable!! The attentive and knowledgeable staff were amazing, and I highly recommend that anyone looking for a new mattress come here first!

Steve was amazing. He asked the right questions and pointed out a few beds for me to try. I fell in love with the Arcadia right away, and I've never slept better in my life. I feel like I was in good hands, and I'm certainly sleeping better than ever before. This place is awesome, and I'm really happy that I have an organic bed! I didn't even know how bad it was, but I was sleeping on a Tempurpedic and those things are toxic! Of course that was never mentioned when I bought it. Ugh. Never again. Thanks, y'all, for a great experience!
