Excellent and knowledgeable engineer. Fixed all the issues and got my machine running perfectly again.

We purchased our first machine for the The Howard School in 2013 and now have four. Two of them stopped cutting through MDF and as exam season is upon us HPC arranged for their engineer Martins visit us ASAP. Martins was very professional and dedicated to his work, he repaired the first machine and got it working but it was not cutting through the MDF as well as he would like. Martins then moved on to the second machine and ran a series test which led him to having to adjust the distance between the focus lens and the material which resulted in a very clean and thin cut through all typed of material at a much higher speed and less power than we were using.
Martins then returned to the first machine as he was not still happy with the way it was cutting and he applied what he learnt from the second machine and now it cut perfectly just like the second machine. All through out Martins explained to me everything he was doing in case we had a similar problem with our other machines.
I can not recommend HPC enough from their phone line assistance to prompt engineer callout and the excellent work of their engineers.

Very happy with the service. We recently had a fibre laser recommissioned on a raised mezzanine. That came with obvious issues, but HPC helped us resolve them as quick as they could, with a smile on their face.

Engineer Freddie really helpful on a recent callout, also phone technical help excellent when any problems occur.

Gareth arrived nice and early and did a great job on our kit. Knowledgeable, friendly and thorough.

We purchased our HPC laser in 2010 for Rishworth Schools DT dept, so it is used heavily but sporadically, and she’s still going strong. We have an annual service and have updated features on the machine with Ruida software, and a new extractor. We have only had 3 tube changes in all this time. The service engineers are helpful, knowledgable and experts. In particular, Gareth who did some training for the dept recently. HPC machines and aftercare service are quality and reliable, I can’t recommend them enough.

Excellent laser service and training by Freddie. The sessions were thorough and informative, with lots of helpful advice and tips for using the machine. I was grateful for the patience shown and clear instructions. Thank you !

Great customer service. The whole process ran smoothly and the engineer was very helpful.

From the moment I contacted HPC for advice on servicing and repairing our laser we had excellent communication and support. From advice on replacement parts and service schedule to offering an earlier date. The engineer was professional and very knowledgeable, keeping us informed throughout the time he was here and even giving advice on future issues. He left us with a fully working and nearly new laser which is back into full use and even better than ever!

Exceptional service the engineer was superb and the installation and training went without a hitch.

From first contact to completion of service visit, everythin about dealing with HPC was easy. The office team were really proficient and helpful when i was deciding the amount of work i wanted to do. The technician that visited to service our machine was friendly, competent and helpful. The most impressive part of the story - one part of the work quoted for and ordered wasnt required so i got a part refund. How very lovely that customer care is still important to this firm.

Gareth arrived promptly and was straight into assessing the problem. A thorough deduction process led to a strategy for rectification of said problem.
His running commentary was educational and the many tips were welcome. Gareth radiated a confidence that the problem could and would be solved.
A thorough checkover was completed before departure. Many thanks again for the professional and personable service.

The engineer who visited us was very thorough teaching us how to use the machine. He answered all our questions patiently and explained start to finish how to use it so we fully understood.

Generally pleased with the recent upgrade work carried out to our machine. Only one issue that wasn't really made clear on quotation was that the upgraded extraction fan would not be installed and is sold supplied only. The original extraction fan had been installed at high level and the new upgraded fan will need further work and ducting to set-up and commission. The Engineer that carried out the work was very informative about the work he had completed and gave a clear explanation about the new software installed.

HPC attended the moving of our 3 year old (purchased from them) Fibre laser from our old unit to new - all went very smoothly and reset up within a day - engineer was booked for further day getting it running smoothly again , Engineer (and hi-ab lorry driver) were both excellent - I’m a happy customer!

The engineer turned up on time, he was presentable and efficient. His depth of knowledge was good, he answered all my questions in a 'non-jargon' manner. He explained what he was doing as he was going along without slowing down the service. All in all very pleased with the service given.
