Great and efficient service. Good customer service and technical support. Stan the service engineer arrived on time and was very knowledgeable.

We have used HPC for many years now at the University of Manchester . Their knowledge, response and expertise have been second to none. We recently have had a service and filter change to one of our machines , and as always it went without a hitch .
Highly recommended as a company and service provider .

We are a charity called 4Louis and had a technical issue with our Laser machine. Jonathan was brilliant with his advice and we were able to resolve the issue in a matter of minutes as we were stuck. Very quick response and we were very grateful indeed.

Both knowledgable and helpful. Jonathan provided very clear written instructions to enable me to solve the problem. 5 stars very well deserved.

The most amazing thing was how quick it all happened. The water pump failed on the Tuesday (I am only in this school on Tuesdays) The part was there ready for me to install the following week and when I requested a service it was undertaken two days later! The machine is working better than ever.

Excellent machinery. Excellent customer service. HPC always respond to any query I have regarding the maintenance and running of the equipment. All staff have been very helpful over the last 8 years I have been using them.

I picked up a laser cutter from HPC Laser and was given excellent instruction on the use of the machine free of charge.
Communication with HPC has been fantastic and the machine itself is high quality.

HPC is a great company. Whenever I am experiencing a problem or I have a question about what I am cutting on the laser cutter I know that I can contact them and they will come back to me with an answer or something to check. Earlier this year we had our laser serviced, again the engineer was very helpful and very knowledgeable. They are a very supportive and hands on company and I am so glad that we know about them.

Gareth arrived promptly, and completed the maintenance tasks quickly and efficiently explaining potential problems and fixes to the operator/maintainers as he completed the task..Also gave us good advice on what cost effective improvements might be made to improve our operations which we will be following.
The service from making enquiry to completing task and follow up has been exemplary.

The service of our HPC laser machine at Wentworth Woodhouse was done very carefully and thoroughly. I was kept informed of what the engineer was doing while servicing our machine and why, as well as tips for keeping the machine in good condition. A new Marketing co-ordinator accompanied the engineer to expand their understanding of the range of sites HPC products are used. Overall really excellent focus from HPC staff continuing their strong customer relations with us as Wentworth Woodhouse Trust volunteers.

My laser machine had been in storage over the winter in a poor environment - cold and damp. The z motor and chain were disconnected as was some of the wiring. In short, it was a bit of a mess and (given the possible need for spare parts) I felt it was better to take the machine to hpc rather than hpc visit the machine. Much to my relief hpc fixed everything in a morning. Phew!

Engineer was very helpful and did a good job servicing the machine. Took the time to help improve the quality of the cut and explain different settings.

Great install, super knowledgable technican and really nice. Taught me so much while installing and the training was amazing. Thanks so much :))

What can I say but HPC are absolutely fantastic!!

I first encountered HPC at a trade show at the NEC last year and ever since I'd wanted to purchase one and I found a really nice second hand one a few weeks ago in Yorkshire (and I live in the Scottish Highlands) but not only did HPC agree to pick it up from the seller but then delivered it to us, installed it, serviced it and updated the controller and to top it, Stan gave us some really good training on it to.

Without this service I wouldn't have been able to afford a new laser, but with the help of HPC I now have one and can start building my business around.

One of the reasons I chose HPC over other brands was the customer service, I'd spoken to people on Facebook groups and forums and nobody had a bad word to say about HPC.

I should also point out that before I made the purchase, HPC allowed me to visit their warehouse and chat with one of the engineers who also showed us how it worked and what it could do, he was also really good, he was honest with everything we asked, no hard sell or tried to push you onto a more expensive machine, just good solid, friendly advice.

So thanks HPC I look forward to using my machine now and really push on!!

Fantastic support with the servicing of our laser cutter, and instillation and training with our new cutter.

We have had fantastic customer service through the whole process - from initial enquiry, actual sales, delivery, installation and 2 hours of training.
When we first started our search for a new Laser Cutter and Fume Extractor, Keith answered all of our (many!) questions promptly - his knowledge about the products definitely helped us into making our purchase.
We were very impressed by HPC's lifetime offer of telephone and email technical support - it's reassuring to know that they're only a phone call away should we need help or advice.
The delivery and installation went ahead very smoothly - our Engineer was on time, polite and super helpful/patient whilst delivering the training.
Can't recommend them more highly!

HPC Laser's engineer came by for our annual service, and I gotta say, they nailed it! Professional, efficient, and friendly, they had our machine purring like a kitten in no time. It's reassuring to know our equipment is in good hands. Highly recommend their service!
