Outstanding 'service' and support.
I called up for software support with a very old laser cutter and the response was instant and helped me get it all working again. No matter than they would probably rather I bought a more up-to-date machine, HPC are always willing to support. Very impressed. More companies need to remember that this is what 'service' looks like!

The Support Makes The Difference
I've bought two lasers new from HPC, but recently I also picked up a second-hand one from a local business. When I had trouble with it, HPC were very happy to give me advice about its repair, even though I hadn't bought it directly from them. 10/10 for being decent chaps!
Their machines they aren't the cheapest, and there's a reason for this - their technical support.
If you want a machine to rely on, in the long term that means having knowledgable support, available spare parts and, if you're not confident to fix it yourself, speedy servicing. That's what HPC provide.

HPC team is always there to offer help and advice. The admin team took us newbies through the process of booking a first service. Gareth our engineer arrived on time provided us with some excellent advice and tips. This was his last call of the day but we never felt that he was in a rush to go.

Their new booking system makes it very easy to book in a service. They respond very quickly and politely. My engineer was very nice and informative with questions I had. He was very efficient and got both our laser machines done very quickly.

Friendly and Timely Service
Freddie the technician was very friendly, knowledgeable, and patient with us while we were conducting servicing and upgrades during a busy production period. He was punctual, professional and flexible with our less-than-ideal setup.
HPC customer service has also been great. We had quotes revised multiple times, and these changes came in a timely manner.

Fantastic Service
Fantastic Service, Roman the engineer gave our 6090 a full service and test, at lower power than we normally use. For a machine that is nearly 10 years old and still has the original tube, He said that it is in remarkable condition.

Professional seamless service and installation
Great service from HPC from initial enquiry to installation. Tricky installation craning the Laser machine into the second floor but Gareth was very professional and allowed the delivery and installation to run smoothly. The Laser is a great addition to our product development department.
