We have a 10+ year old laser cutter…
We have a 10+ year old laser cutter from HPC. It's just been serviced and new staffed trained and all in all I have no complaints about HPC and their levels of service. Always quick to answer and queries and ensure everything is alright. I couldn't be happier and I expect we'll still be using our laser cutter in another 10 years.

A recent collision of the Laser head…
A recent collision of the Laser head into a "flipped up product" (our fault) caused a production stoppage. Call put into HPC to the marvellous Rob Hanson who turned up the following morning, made a repair and got us underway inside five hours. Hats off, great customer support

Always helpful.
I have used HPC laser for buying my machine, servicing and technical support since 2017. The guys are so helpful, in person and on the phone. Even when faced with very non technical language from me they always help determine what I am doing wrong and guide me. Neil has just been and serviced my machine, gave guidance and advice which saved me money rather than selling parts not required.

Professional, honest, friendly service

Had a visit from HPC as My laser was misbehaving the guys were tremendous An absolute credit to the company regardless of the position they hold.
