We personalise hand made leather bags in Leicester and our laser engraving machine is always in use. It went down on Tuesday and we contacted HPC who sent an engineer out the following day. Chris reset the machine and went above and beyond to get us going again.

It's so seldom that you see such dedication to servicing and I can't recommend highly enough how appreciative I am for what they've done. It's saved us a lot of money from cancellations.

We've bought three machines from HPC over the years and they always offer a huge amount of support.

Have recently purchased a LS3060 laser from HPC excellent service throughout. Went to their head office in Halifax to view their lasers and get advice everyone was more than helpful throughout. Although I had problem setting up the laser their customer service was excellent. If you are looking for a laser look no further EXCELLENT SERVICE AND AFTER SALES SERVICE.

I've nothing but praise for HPC LASER.

Our laser is integral to our business. We cannot afford to have to wait for repairs or maintenance.

Hpc are UK based and travel UK wide to install and maintain their machines. We're assured they hold stock of all the parts needed for both maintenance and repair.

We have contacted their technical department twice now for assistance operating the machine and recently had a warranty repair completed within two days. We like to support British brands because traditionally, British service has always been the best in the world. Elsewhere it is not what it used to be, however it is still there at HPC!! Keep up the good work!!

Machines are great value for money and customer support is outstanding. I have a CNC router and laser from HPC Laser. My machines do a great job and run without issue 99.99% of the time. Every now and again when I have an issue the support team responds really quickly with advice that has always worked. Great customer service like this could never be more appreciated when you have production deadlines to meet and meet them we do!

HPC Laser is an amazing company! I have bought 4 - 150 watt 1290 lasers from them over the years starting in 2009 and the latest one in March this year. The machines are sturdy and the quality excellent. All 4 machines are still working and believe me, I make them do a lot of work! They are continually upgraded with added improvements on each new machine. I especially like the new Ruida controller and Lightburn software on the latest machine so I also asked them to upgrade another machine. I have very rarely had to call support, probably 5 or 6 times in 13 years, because the machines are so reliable and easy to use. The support is unbeatable, you just phone and speak to an expert - like it should be everywhere! The prices are good and delivery always happens on the day it is promised by an expert who will answer any questions and offer any training. The full service! How glad I am that I found Chris and this company at the NEC all those years ago and thanks to everyone who has helped me over the years. Keep up the good work!

Customer service and products are both 5*. The attention to detail from the staff at HPC Laser is incredible. I have been in contact a couple of times since receiving my laser and was given the solution immediately on both accounts. Very friendly staff and a brilliant bit of kit. A company to trust.

Great service from HPC, recently had an issue with a laser cutter bought from them a couple of years ago, turned out to be a user error & solved over the phone in 10 minutes. Known other suppliers take advantage in similar situations & charge expensive call outs.

I own 8 HPC Laser machines and they have been rock solid running everyday for many years. Its great to have good machines but its better to have a company you can rely on when things go wrong.

The customer service is top notch and when ever I have had a problem, HPC Laser have been there and helped me every time with no fuss and got me back up and running again in no time at all.

Our whole experience in purchasing and installing a Fibre Laser Machine for cutting Metals from HPC Laser has been first class from start to finish. Good value machine, very honest about delivery times in the current climate and the Engineers that installed the machine were excellent and very professional throughout.

Excellent customer service to help us get the most out of the laser cutter.

Despite a road closure and a 3 hour delay HPC still delivered and installed our new laser cutter on the day arranged. The technician worked without a break to complete the installation and training. The training had to be rushed in order to meet our timing demands (we are a school and had a parents evening to get too). Despite this we have still managed to work out how to use it. The laser cutter works as expected. No problems so far. We had to send photos and dimensions to HPC of where the cutter would be placed and the route to it. In the end there was no way it would go where we thought. Would have been good to know this in advance.
