Excellent service and laser cutter. Once delivered and setup, clear and helpful training was given on how to use the machine. Also very helpful historically over the phone and via email with our previous laser cutter.

This is not the first time I have bought a laser cutter from HPC Laser. The reasons I have returned yet again are as follows. Absolutely amazing customer service throughout the whole process, from initial inquiry, to actual sales and the service is second to none. The laser cutters are fantastic in both build quality and actual laser cutting. The laser cutters can be upgraded and added to easily with bulbs, software and rotary attachments. Above all, the safety of the laser cutters are impeccable. Cannot recommend HPC enough.

I recently ordered a full-size laser cutter from HPC. I’ve experienced remarkable customer service, from the moment I made my first enquiry. Oliver at HPC has been wonderful throughout, and has dealt with all of my queries in such a friendly, knowledgable, and timely manner. I’ve now purchased the laser cutter, and I’m looking forward to delivery. In just a few days, Oliver’s excellent customer service has made the process of purchasing such a substantial piece of kit a really enjoyable experience.
Having recently dealt with so many anonymous online “Box-Shifters” with zero customer service, it’s fantastic to know that companies such as HPC still rely on great products and remarkable customer service!

Fantastic supplier of engraving and cutting machines. UK based with a brilliant aftersales team which ensures you're not only looked after at point of sale but continue to be looked after! I have been HPC Laser's finance partner for several years and can honestly say that I have not had a single customer complain about the equipment or service received, only positive comments throughout.

Brilliant company, I’ve had 2 lasers from them over the last few years (nothing wrong with the first one, just upgraded to a bigger one). The team have always been really helpful and friendly when I’ve asked questions. Engineers are knowledgeable and helpful as well. I’d highly recommend them to anyone in the UK looking for a laser cutter.

Everyone at HPC Laser has always been incredibly helpful since I bought my laser cutter 2 years ago. Their post-sales support is second-to-none and I have always had a positive experience. I'm really very glad I purchased my machine through them. Oliver in particular was beyond helpful when I got into a recent bit of trouble and needed help. The machines are very well built and easy to use and maintain. Everything you need to know is explained through a training session when you make a purchase, and support has always been available ever since - even for the simplest of questions.

Excellent, emailed HPC quick to respond to our query. They advised on what we need for a new laser cutter in our school. Very quick delivery and the engineer came back to train me and spent time just checking it over and showing me things to be aware of. The machine itself is so easy to work and particular I like the frame part. This shows were it will cut on the bed and saves so much material. I would recommend HPC to anyone looking for a laser cutter.

I had my 60w LS 3060 upgraded to the Lightburn software yesterday. The engineer was first class and the upgrade went very well. I have nothing but praise for HPC, their support staff and engineers. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company and their products.

Got a new LS6840 which is an absolute workhorse, great machine. Had an initial problem with the power supply and HPC turned out to fix the problem quickly and efficiently without charge, as it was still under warranty. This is the 3rd laser cutter we (school) have had from HPC, so this was just something of an anomaly, as all the others were tip top. Great machines, very good value for money & great back-up services (including an excellent telephone helpline).
You could buy a Chinese laser cutter from Ebay cheaper, but mark my words you will need help and advice at some stage! The slight extra cost from HPC is worth every penny. Happy customer.

HPC, have an extremely reliable after service. Every time I have called in the past & recently, they are more than happy to assist with any queries. I'd recommend buying & using their laser cutters.

Absolutely love my Mira 9 from HPC Laser. Oliver and the Halifax team arranged a seamless delivery and install; also had my trusty LS1290 serviced and realigned at the same time and pleased to report it is still going strong and working like a dream after 3 years of cutting and engraving.

The team at HPC Laser provided great technical support in the run up to the purchase of our LS6090. The installation service was very professional and all the training was clear and backed up with good documentation.

Every step of my recent purchase of an HPC laser has been simple and straightforward - from the initial quotation and the demo in Halifax to placing my order and then having the machine installed, every HPC employee I've dealt with has been professional, polite, enthusiastic and helpful. I've only just taken receipt of my laser machine, but the process so far has been so professional that I am confident going forwards that I made the right decision on which laser machine supplier to go for.

The staff at HPC have been incredibly helpful, after an initial conversation about the capabilities and cost of laser cutting machines we sent them an image of line artwork to see if the machine would cut the line image on card making card, the next day Oliver the sales representative sent us the cut image which was equal or better than the quality we were getting from our card making cutting machine.
We then discussed the accessories and software and ordered an LS3040 400 x 300mm 35 watt laser machine plus Lightburn software in the middle of March.
On the 22nd April we went to Elland to collect the machine and to be trained in how to use the machine and software, this was undertaken by Chris.
The information provided by Chris related to the type of work we wanted to carry out i.e. pyrography, engraving and cutting card, he demonstrated the software clearly explaining the installation process, how to use layers to combine processes such as engraving and cutting and then went on to explain other options the machine can be used for and how adaptable Lightburn is.
The staff at HPC have provided us with a very thorough understanding of the machine and software and we are both very impressed with the help and the machine.
