Technical support was second-to-none; with helpful and excellent technical advice and suggestions, supported by clear pdf materials with well-presented diagrams photos and text. A technical support team that actually supports you, despite the machine being out of guarantee.

Just picked up my new laser tube the guys couldn’t have been more helpful, we discussed everything from updating my machine to what settings are good for the jobs I’m doing. All good advice as I’m new the the laser business.
Would definitely recommend with no hesitation and will certainly be using them again in the future.

If you want/need a laser machine, use HPC.

They'll get you a safe machine, train you, fix it (if you accidently set fire to it...), support you and it's all local/national.

I'm so glad I used a local company to get my laser especially because they are SUPER helpful.

This is our first foray into the world of Industrial Lasers. And we were on a mission to find one that had:

Good End of Telephone Support
On Site Servicing and Support
Good Quality Equipment
And if we could have a British Product then all the better.

I think we have found that in HPC Laser.

So far they have delivered all of those things to us and done it well. As this was a huge investment for us - being a small start-up we were on the phone almost every two minutes asking about tech specs', upgrades, delivery, you name it we were bothering them about it. And they never blinked once. They just kept answering our questions and were glad to do so.

When delivery day came they arrived right on time - Gary our installation engineer, was perfect. Happy, nice demeanour and seemed glad to be with us doing the installation. As the Laser had to be split into bits to get into the property he chatted along the whole time showing us what bit was which and what relation it had to the Laser doing what Lasers do. Re-assembly was the same process. He took us through mirror alignments. Control panel. Water chiller. Venting. Then onto software laptop connections and then onto a few sample cuts - Once he's shown us that, he then said okay now it's you turn. So we did a few sample cuts of our own.

He was patient and thorough from start to finish. Thank you Gary. and Thank you Steve & Oliver and the rest of their team at HPC Laser Halifax, for a positive experience from start to finish.

Really pleased with our HPC Laser, we picked the machine up from them, and the on site training was great and we've had rapid responses to any questions since getting the machine home. I would say that there's a benefit to having some technical ability in the operation of the software and hardware, but it's certainly a great machine.

Really pleased with our second CO2 laser from HPC. The engineer went above and beyond dismantling the machine to get it upstairs to us, and fixed a couple of niggles with our older machine whilst he was here. Really professional service from HPC, excellent value for money, and we look forward to continuing to use their lasers to grow our business.

From my very 1st contact Steve and his team have excelled in every way.
My laser was a 4-5yr old second hand one which was sold to a previous owner.
After a long chat they agreed to replace the tube and give it a much needed and well overdue service even though I never bought it from them in the 1st place that alone speaks volumes.
They even managed to fit me in the very next day as I was out of action and desperate to the point of Thinking of buying a new one to fulfil my orders.
While there I was shown around and got a demo of their newer machines with samples of what could be achieved with a more capable machine.
Regardless There was no pressure whatsoever to sell me anything just friendly and helpful advice from the experts themselves.

HPC Laser have been so helpful when buying my first machine, really forthcoming to lots of advice and invited us to come their office to see the machine first hand. Chris explained everything so well and we were able to cut and try out our own samples on the machine we were looking at investing in. Steve was always swift at replying to emails with any small queries I had. Pawel was great was it came to installing the machine and giving us technical training. Delivery was also super quick- 1.5 weeks after we placed the order. As a small business it can be daunting investing in your first machine but HPC have made it a dream! An enjoyable & exciting experience. It also gives us peace of mind that they will be on hand for the future for any technical queries we have. We truly felt we were dealing with a trustworthy business with reliable, personal advice! thanks so much HPC!!

The service I have received from HPC Laser has been fantastic. They offered very honest advice about which machine would be suitable for my requirements, explaining both the positives and negatives of each machine option. Unfortunately, the machine I decided on in the end was out of stock at HPC laser (impact of Covid-19 virus) so I purchased with a competitor. They have still been very keen to offer help and advice with this machine, which I find remarkable. I have been so pleased with their support that I chose to purchase my materials and software from them. HPC were kind enough to cut all of my laser laminate material down to bed size for free, which was very much appreciated. I have just purchased a second hand HPC LS3020 on eBay, as my second machine, as I knew how well HPC support their machines (even second-hand ones) from reading other customer reviews. Even though the machine is only their entry level laser engraver, it is exceptionally well built. Unfortunately, I damaged a small plastic part during transport. I quick email to HPC asking for the cost of the replacement component and they sent me over a DFX file of it so I could quickly make my own replacement on the machine itself. They also attached the instruction manual which was missing from the sale. You cannot say fairer than that! I am looking forward to using them as a supplier for materials and components in the future and would have no hesitation recommending them.

Thanks so much for donating me some acrylic so I can make clips for front line workers. Andrew was so helpful and through this people are insisting on donating to darkness into light. So it's win win all round. Thanks so much for all your help

Following a visit to HPC's showroom in Huddersfield we found the team there extremely helpful and the machinery user friendly, well built and extremely good value.
At Royal British Legion Industries we always expect high standards and HPC didn't disappoint.
We purchased one machine and following great success with this and high demand for our products we purchased a second one not long after.
HPC delivered exactly what they said they would on time and offered all the support we required to get set up and running quickly.
I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking to purchase any laser engraving machinery, a great company to deal with.

Excellent service from Steve, who opened up the warehouse on Sunday morning to sell me an 80W replacement tube for the DoES Liverpool laser cutter (we're currently very busy making visors for health workers).

Fantastic experience with HPC Laser. We have been looking at laser engravers for some time and did quite alot of research. Having looked at a few from other companies, we found them to be much more expensive than HPC Laser. HPC laser machines seemed to do what we wanted. We had a few emails backwards and forwards as well as telephone calls before purchasing. Steve was extremely helpful throughout the enquiries and buying process. Customer service is extremely important and this has been second to none. We had the machine delivered and installed and the engineer was polite and helpful. We have yet to use the machine but I am sure they will be on the end of the phone/email when we require assistance. I would definitely recommend HPC Laser.

Id like to share my experience about HPC as a company and the staff.
I purchased my machine from a lady up country although it was like new and she only had the machine for around 3 months So i did ask why she was selling the machine when her husband said “ thats her all over she has interests that doesn't last long” i did some research on C02 lasers and saw a lot of Positive reviews about a HPC machine. When i spoke to the lady about the machine she said she did extensive research on lots of laser machines and the HPC came out on top , this lady and her husband seemed genuine on the phone so i left wales to pick up the machine .

I got the machine home and set it all up to have a go but started to get frustrated as im not used to this sort of Technology Being the tender age of 63 lol and wasn't used to the software and never even know what a DFX file is so i had to learn the hard way by asking around on different forums and this went on for a while when i was in a forum one day and director of HPC was in there and said that if i phone the office they would help me in any info i needed to know as it was one of their machines to which i replied that i got it of a lady this being second hand but like new, he assured me as because its one of their machines they would help me out and that they would offer me free training but im the type i like to learn myself and of course that was one of my mistakes and made a lot of them i even burned out my tube because of me being stubborn and wanting to learn myself .

I thought that HPC wouldn't want to help me because i hadn't bought the machine off them direct but i gave it a shot and phoned HPC anyway but i was soon proven to be wrong ! They were very very helpful , i phoned them time and time again learning things over the phone and sending me diagrams ect its a wonder they didn’t get fed up of me but they Never did and In fact always courteous and helpful and this told me something about HPC as a good company and the support is always there , they could have turned me away as i didnt get it direct from them but they never and was always pleased to help me , i run a small business wheelie bin cleaning before i retired So i had the knowledge as to who's a good company and who's a bad company and for me i knew it was HPC Who fitted my description of a very good company who didnt really have to help me but they did .
I upgraded from a 40w to a 60 W and of course had HPC to sort that out for me and also purchased other things ie a rotary device, 8 think thats only fair to use them as they helped me.

And you may well ask what now,,, well now i dont pester HPC lol as ive learned how to operate the machine and even learned how to align my mirrors . I will say this , if i had the space and the money i would get a bigger machine and i would go to HPC for this because they are always there for their customers .

Their engineer who came to upgrade my machine was very helpful and a lovely fella , ive never had a problem with this machine its been fantastic and I'm addicted .

Now for some valuable advise, when you get your machine off HPC take up the offer to have some training first its a must honestly.
I got a page on facebook called “ waynes world of wood” and you can see things ive made on there with my laser machine .
As a company id have no hesitation purchasing another machine from them.
