I bought my second-hand Tesla model 3 from HPL Stockport. The prices are great, and the service second to none.
Hess the salesman answered my call at nearly 7pm in the evening - on a Saturday! These guys put in long hours! He could not have been more helpful.
When I travelled down to collect the car, he collected me from the station, and supplied cups of coffee. The purchase process went seamlessly.
It was a pleasure to do business with Hess at HPL Stockport - I couldn't be happier.

What a fantastic dealership. It's the first time that we"ve been and were made to feel very welcome from the start. The selection of cars is good but more critically, the focus on customer service is outstanding. No pushy hard sales just trying to delight the customer. Mike has brilliant customer service, answered all questions honestly, he was very patient with us when we were having issues with our bank, we drove 3 hours to collect our car and would highly recommend to anyone! Thank you Mike!

Great service from Adrian at the Oldham branch. He got the car sorted for me to take away in a day, brilliant would absolutely recommend.

Very bad experience with this company. I waited more than seven weeks for my refund. Every time I contacted them, I was promised it would be returned within 3–5 working days, but nothing happened. Eventually they stopped answering my calls completely.
I only got my money back after opening a bank dispute. I also felt pressured into paying the deposit and was asked why I came there if I wasn’t ready to buy a car immediately.
I would strongly advise others to avoid this company.

During a recent visit to the showroom, my mother and I were warmly greeted by Sirak, a sales advisor. Sirak’s polite, professional demeanour and willingness to assist us throughout our visit were exceptional. We highly commend Sirak’s exceptional customer service. Very poor customer service from HPL Motors Oldham.
I had to make five unnecessary 44-mile round trips due to repeated issues and poor handling of my complaint, causing wasted time, fuel, and inconvenience.
Although they apologised, they refused any compensation or goodwill gesture despite acknowledging the poor service.
Very disappointing aftercare and complaint handling.

Really poor customer care. Frequent confusion and misinformation from sales person Sara. Incorrect information given on vehicle servicing, keys and then was unable to meet customer contract with car maintenance contract twice. Really disappointing experience

Good experience from start to finish and all sorted very quickly. Emyrs was very helpful and approachable

After searching for a particular model and specification, I recently purchased a vehicle from HPL Preston. From initially enquiring about the car, the service I received from Jason throughout the purchase and handover process has been absolutely amazing. Everything was explained to me in detail as this was my first electric purchase and I only ever received advice with no hard sell.

Great experience throughout whilst buying with HPL in Oldham. Any questions or concerns we had were addressed promptly. Overall a great service provided by Andy A during the purchase & Kai for the final handover.

First visit to the Stockport branch, very modern, lots of staff happy to help. I spoke with Matthew holt, he was easy to talk to and told me all about my car. Matthew made me feel at ease and reassured me that body work that needed doing would be done. 100% recommend speaking with Matthew when you can.

Brilliant service and communication from the Chaps at HPL

Absolutely amazing service by Liam Griffiths and HPL motors Stockport. Since start to end was very transparent and clear communication and final car delivery of the car as committed in stunning condition. Loved it very much.

Dan made it very easy to buy the car. Kept in regular contact, made sure the car had a new charger, a couple of scratches were rectified and headrest was sorted.

We enjoyed our experience, we wasnt mithered whilst selecting a car. Mike was the man when purchasing and when collecting he had made sure the car was in tip top shape we will 100% use HPL again. Shout out to Mike (and the free drinks 😂)
