Visited the store in Hull yesterday
Visited the store in Hull yesterday. Was welcomed by Lucy who explained more about HSL. She was very informative and explained how chairs could help my condition. We went on to look around the store. Lucy left us to browse after offering refreshments. We eventually decided on a chair with no pressure or hassle. A very pleasant purchasing experience. I would very highly recommend.

Superb advice and assistance
Lynn and her colleague at HSL Hull were simply superb. They greeted us in a welcoming but not over-bearing manner. All our questions were answered very competently, and helpful advice and guidance given throughout our visit. The refreshments were much appreciated. There was no hassle and we were able to try out chairs as much as we liked.

A no pressure relaxing experience of shopping
Shown and tried all the chairs I was interested in at a very leisurely pace, not hustled st all.Well explained all the features each chair had both to me and my family who accompanied me. At the end made sure I knew what the price was for the chair I had chosen and was served a very nice cup of coffee and biscuits. A pleasant afternoon shopping

We looked at many riser recliner chairs…
We looked at many riser recliner chairs at different large and small outlets but the friendly service and knowledgeable staff at HSL Chairs coupled with the build quality and after care offered made it an easy decision. When the chair was delivered, the two delivery guys were very careful and courteous, and fully demonstrated the chair and made sure we were happy with everything before they left. We are very happy with our purchase and it is worth every penny!

We visited the clough road Hull branch and the service we received was great, we explained what we were looking for and Lynne pointed us in the right direction and explained all our options, than left us to browse then when we ready made purchasing the items we picked a pleasure the other lady assistant was also friendly and made us a drink which we appreciated. The two ladies
The two ladies, Lucy and Yvonne, I dealt with were brilliant. Very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Explained all the various options available. Not to mention the excellent coffee and biscuits ! I mean how often do you spend lots of money and still walk away feeling very happy and with a smile on your face.
