Friendly, professional service in the shop. Shown a varied range of suitable chairs. Delivery chaps were extremely efficient and I was shown how to use the controls for the recliner chair. Now I'm enjoying sitting in it!

My sofa was delivered on time with no hassle. Delivery guys phoned when they were nearly at our home to say expect them soon.

From Polly's knowledge and assistance in the Guiseley store, to Carl P and Damion who delivered the new suite ( they also moved our old suite into the garage), I can't praise them enough.
The after delivery service was also excellent. The girls on the Wakefield switchboard who took messages and arranged things were pleasant and efficient.
Mark and Jason, the technicians, who came out to make the necessary adjustments to the high chair were also excellent.
I would thoroughly recommend HSL to anybody who asks.

The service offered by Sue and John at HSL Guiseley when we went into store last Thursday 23rd October was very friendly relaxed and we ordered a chair.

Both John and Michelle were welcoming and put us at our ease immediately.

When explaining the chairs to my mum, John was knowledgeable, delightfully personable and used humour to ensure the experience was pleasant. He gave my mum all the time she needed to decide and she purchased the furniture fully informed and happily.

We recently bought a bed for my mother-in-law from HSL in Guiseley and couldn’t be happier. The product is absolutely beautiful, stylish, comfortable, and clearly made to a high standard.

The shop was lovely and welcoming, and the sales team Polly and Richard were outstanding. Their knowledge and advice made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. They were warm, professional, and even made us a drink with biscuits 🥰

Gordon & Assad arrived to deliver our settee at the time previously advised, having rung in en route 20minutes or so before arrival. They were cheerful, businesslike and efficient and showed us how to operate our recliners before leaving. 5*

We visited the Guiseley store to possibly purchase a riser recliner for my husband. Polly, who showed us the armchairs, was very helpful and guided us in choosing the right chair, making sure the dimensions were correct with attention to posture and comfort. We were very pleased with our visit and did purchase a riser recliner as well as an armchair for me.

John was welcoming and friendly when we arrived in the shop. He did pressure us for a sale. He showed us te different chairs.
He gave us space when we needed to discuss the purchase.

Visited the Stockport store with my 89yr old mum & were welcomed with a smile & coffee & biscuits. Both ladies were extremely helpful in the purchase of my mum’s new recliner chair. This was followed up with a call from the delivery team to arrange a delivery date (ahead of schedule). The delivery team also called ahead on the day with an ETA & both Lee R & Carl F were extremely helpful & patient with my mum when explaining how to operate her new rise/recliner chair. She was extremely impressed with their professionalism & cannot fault the service she has received from start to finish. We highly recommend HSL for both their products & staff

Very polite delivery team Alex & Kieran efficient assembling chairs and explained the working of same.Overall the delivery was very informative and we were sure we could use the chairs safely

We were treated to excellent, friendly service by John, with ample time to try out different chairs, and to make up our minds. We were not put under pressure to decide, but were encouraged to look carefully at everything that was available. This helped us to feel happy with our eventual choice.

Staff in showroom at Guiseley excellent, nothing to much trouble and the delivery guys Damian & Carl was absolutely excellent, local company still family owned, please use them you won't be disappointed we was extremely pleased with the people and product highly recommended.

I took delivery of my new HSL Chair today and would like to highly commend Paul and Carl who delivered it. They were both very polite and professional and ensured that I was fully conversant with the operation of the chair prior to leaving. Overall a great service.

Carl and Lee were helpful moving my old chairs outside for collection before putting my new chairs in the lounge.
