Everything went smoothly. Chris and Terry were on time and very pleasant, setting up the chair and explaining everything to me.
Would recommend.

Ian and Paul delivered our very heavy electronically motorised recliner sofa today down our very steep drive on a warm day. They were pleasant and friendly and Ian assembled everything for us which looked like a very complicated operation. Unfortunately one of the remote control devices didn’t work but Ian reported it to HSL before they left so we are waiting a replacement which we hope we can get to work without calling HSL for help. Apart from that slight glitch, a good experience.

I bought a sofa from Hsl guiseley about 18months ago, and was highly delighted, so when we needed a new bed I went guiseley Hsl and they were really helpful, Ian and Paul who delivered our new adjustable bed were very prompt, helpful, polite and put the bed together, we didn't have to do anything, as the saying goes you get what you pay for, thank you to all the staff

We have passed the Guiseley store on a number of occasions but this time we took the plunge. Rather than a sales pitch the minute we walked in it was more like a visit to friends. We sat, we talked and we were given a cup of tea. There was no hard sell just an explanation of each of the products in the showroom. Needless to say we bought a settee with all the trimmings. We can only say thank you for taking the time John and Pam for the tea and biscuits. I hate shopping but it was a nice afternoon’s excursion. Thank you.

Good service in the shop, spent a long time with my husband getting the right fit.
There was a delay on the delivery time but when Alex and Craig arrived, Alex brought the recliner chair in and fitted it quickly

Advance phone call prior to arrival.
Gordon and Assad friendly and professional.
Minor hiccup with one of the controllers but a new one already in the post to me and a technician will come to pair it with the sofa.
It’s not hiccups that are the issue, rather, how they are managed and Gordon dealt with this in the same fashion as would the John Lewis Partnership and that’s about as high a compliment as I can give.
Extremely happy with my purchase and the quality of the product.
And it’s made in this country So doubly pleased.

Nice bright, light store with easy access parking. Engaging knowledgable staff who gave us plenty of time & all the information we need.

We were greeted by Sue and Polly as soon as we arrived. I have bought chairs before and wanted to buy something similar,
Sue guided me through the various chairs explaining about how they worked and measured me to what was best for me..then left us with a lovely cup of tea so we could have a chat about which one we wanted, and it was lovely to sit and see how comfy was the one we wanted.
Fabulous and very calming experience as usual.

It was a superb experience from start to finish. We were carefully guided through different styles and purpose when we visited the showroom in Guiseley - resulting in making an order on the day.
On the advice and information given, we were able to choose a suitable 3-piece suite for our needs and comfort.
The recliner chair was particularly important, since my wife has back problems - and has been diagnosed as having Parkinsons.
So we were concerned to know how we might move our present suite to another room when the new one was delivered. We need not have worried. Our delivery team - Damion & Carl.P - were more than willing to help - and took everything in their stride. Even the awkward 3-seater which was difficult to take out of the room where the new furniture was to go, was dealt with efficiently - and with good humour. Thank you both for that. The new furniture was then put in place, and the recliner tested. All very well done.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Showroom service was excellent, removal of existing sofa happened just as described and, new chairs delivered today.
Great communication all the way through the process; able to track the delivery and also phone call to give 20 min notice.

Not only was the salesman Richard at the Guisrley branch absolutely brilliant, so have been the delivery team Gordon and Carl who have just delivered our chairs. They were polite, prompt, took time to explain the controls and made sure we understood how they worked.
The chairs are exactly what we were looking for also and look great! 10/10 to all concerned.

John (guiseley branch) was an excellent sales person. He was patient and walked my auntie through everything and explained everything clearly and correctly. He is a credit to your company

What a company. I am totally overjoyed at the service given at the Guiseley shop...Richard on the phone and then John in store. Brilliant. Then the Customer Service Team ..went way beyond expectations and managed to deliver my mum's chair the very next day. Superb service. My mum (90 yrs old) really needed that chair after 5 weeks in hospital and struggling to stand and walk. She loves the heat on her back and the chair is helping toget her standing.
