Wonderful experience from browsing the website to receiving a chair and sofa.
At the showroom we were shown every consideration, nothing was to much trouble. Andrea gave us plenty of time to make our decisions, giving us helpful and useful advice along the way. Couldn't of asked for a more pleasant experience.

Re: Riser/recliner chair - From first visiting our local HSL, to taking delivery of the chair at home, the whole experience was good. The sales person clearly explained everything about the products and we were given plenty of time to ask questions and make our decisions.
On delivery, the two delivery men were polite and helpful. After installing the chair in our chosen spot and checking it worked correctly they then spent time explaining the controls to us. Before leaving they enquired if they could be of any further assistance. Excellent service.

Once again bought furniture fron HSL and completely satisfied with service etc. Both Graig And Danny were a credit to HSL.

Angela/andrea ( im terrible with names!)knew everything about rise recliner chairs. She was brilliant with my mum, got her in every chair explaining how parts were measured for her, absolutely brilliant. Tea coffee supplies were lovely, she even helped mum walk over to the loo. Brilliant member of staff.

We went to the showroom in Bramcote Nottingham to look at chairs for my mother. The assistant was very helpful and let us look round at our leisure. The quality of the chairs was excellent. She eventually had a recliner chair, plus a settee and another chair. The delivery was in the time stated and Ian and Paul who delivered it were very helpful putting them where she wanted them. We would recommend this company to friends.

Great service and product. The support in the showroom was helpful without being pushy. We were kept fully informed about the delivery and Lee and Carl couldn't have been more helpful in terms of getting our chairs set up and working.

A pleasant experience ,the staff were very patient allowed us space to discuss with each other.Helped by lovely tea and biscuits and a bowl of boiled sweets whilst signing paperwork. The chairs are very comfortable Sheonagh,Sue and David all checked the design was right and suited our needs.Waiting for delivery now 🤩

Throughout the process of looking and deciding which chairs and beds we wanted to buy the staff were most helpful in providing advice and giving us time to make up our minds. Excellent service and the experience from start to finish was completed to our entire satisfaction. Thank you. On delivery of our single electric beds (they are slightly longer than a standard single) we found that we had to go to a specialist outlet to acquire the duvets and bedding. In the end we selected a company called Victoria Linen who like HSL gave excellent service. As HSL do not sell bedding perhaps they should consider ‘partnering’ with a reputable company like themselves such as Victoria Linen in offering bedding at the HSL showrooms and websites. Just a thought!

Staff extremely helpful and clearly had my individual needs in mind. Nothing was too much trouble.

Fantastic customer service.

The staff were welcoming and helpful whilst in store. I was able to take home some larger samples to decide on colour and kept me up to date on the progress with the sofa.

Lovely ladies Sue, Sheunagh &Andrea very helpful and very patience answered all our questions. Could not of done anymore for us.

We were treated with courtesy, tried all size's of chair, weren't rushed in any way.it was a nice experiance as shops these days very often aren't. A big Thank You to all the staff and manager for making us feel welcome no pressure.

Placed a review when we ordered our furniture - excellent service. Our furniture was delivered yesterday. We had received an email to advise us of the time slot and then a phone call when delivery was within half a hour. Such care was taken and we are delighted with our purchase. We would strongly recommend HSL for their help, advice and service.

We visited the Nottingham Branch of HSL today to purchase two stressless recliners and what a lovely shopping experience we had. We were looked after by Andrea, who guided us through the steps required and we were even treated to coffee and biscuits. We could not fault the sales staff for their friendliness and expertise and we are now looking forward to receiving our chairs in due course. 10 out of 10 all round!

The whole experience from staff was extremely and helpful from start to finish. We are very happy with our sofa and chairs, they meet all our needs and then some. Thank u to all involved.
