HSL Chairs - Romford Reviews 

My new sofa and recliner relaxer arrived today. I am so pleased with it. Firm but comfortable and fits in perfectly. The two gentleman were very respectful of my property and arrived on time. It took no time to install and set up. Thank you HSL, one happy thankful customer.

I ordered my new suite in the Romford store and Haley Shannon was very helpful and knew her stuff. My furniture was delivered this week and I am delighted with it. The two guys who delivered it, Jason and Ashey, were polite and very helpful and in no time at all I was enjoying the comfort of my new furniture.

The welcome received was warm , but not overwhelming, which made me feel relaxed.
My requirements were listened to and taken into account when showing the chairs; plus Daniel, the salesman's knowledge was an added bonus

Frances was very helpful and informative about the chairs and how they work and also explained the difference between single and double motors. which is the better chair for myself.

Haley and Graham (Romford Branch) arrived promptly. They were professional and friendly. Their assessment of my elderly mother’s needs was recognised and suggested what was the best chair for her. They explained everything in great details and answered all my questions and concerns.

This is the second time I have purchased from HSL and would recommend this company without hesitation.

My experience with HSL began when I went into the Romford branch showroom. The staff there were extremely helpful and very polite.

Me and my brother visited HSL Romford to buy a 2 seater settee. We was helped by Frances. She helped us with fabrics and wood. She was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Her colleague Annie came over to do place the order on the computer as they had recently had a new computer system installed. Both Frances and Annie talked us through the process for ordering, the making process, and the delivery process. Another colleague Hayley came to assist as the computer wasn’t able to confirm the order. Eventually it was placed. All 3 ladies were so helpful, friendly and polite. We would highly recommend the store.

Excellent service and very knowledgeable about the furniture. No pushy salesman to deal with only very nice ladies, who spent a lot of time with us.

The staff in the Romford store were very helpful.
I took an elderly aunt whose registered blind, into the store and they were brilliant with her.
Not at all pushy. Gave us tea and biscuits, so she was fully relaxed in the chair.
Hopefully when it arrives, she’ll be happy with her new chair.

very smooth process . The communication was excellent. No hard sell .The two reps arrived on time explaining and measuring where needed. There was no hurry by either of them and are credit to their company.

we went to our nearest branch in romform to take a look at the chair as we were looking to buy some new seating the saff were friendly very helpfull explained how the chair we looked at where right or wrong for us.we love our new furniture so comfortable

From my first experience with the lovely customer service lady (apologies for not remembering the name) to the delivery team from the Romford store (Dan & Graham), my experience with HSL was fantastic. Kind, knowledgeable for my exact needs, patient and caring, they knew exactly the type of chair that fits my requirements. A couple of really nice gentlemen, they were a pleasure to deal with. Do not hesitate to use HSL-you won't regret it!

My sister, mother and I met with Frances today in HSL's Romford showroom. We visited the showroom having waited 4 months (2 months late!) for a rise and recline chair to be delivered by one of their competitors (The Mobility Furniture Company) only to see that it had been made to completely the wrong size and fit for our 81yr old mother. Frances greeted us with her warm and bubbly personality and we explained our situation. Initially we had intended on trying to either buy a chair that was available for immediate delivery or one that we could get on HSL's fast track services which is 3 - 5 working days.

We toured the showroom with our mother and tried every variation and style of rise and recline lounge chair that they had. Because our mother is quite petite we were looking at chairs within their ranges that came in either the petite or super petite sizing.

Frances was great explaining the various features and benefits of each of the chairs and the variances with the single and dual motors. My mother ultimately decided upon the dual motor Bramham chair but of course fell in love with the fabric on the showroom model which wasn't available on the fast track program so we have to wait for production on the standard lead time.

Fingers crossed though Frances' boss reads this rave review and what an excellent job she did and will get production to do a super quick job for us LOL.
