The staff at the Shrewsbury shop were fantastic, experienced and welcoming they explained everything to us and made the experience so pleasant.

The two Sue's were amazing, so helpful and Informative.

I visited HSL in Shrewbury Shropshire today. Excellent customer service. My comfort specialist was Sue W, there was another Sue as well. They were both very kind and patient. I had a lovely cup of tea and biscuits. Ive ordered my chair and look forward to receiving it. I will definately return to the showroom. Thank you so much for your help and kindness

Tracey, our Comfort Specialist certainly lived up to her title. From coming outside to put an umbrella over mum from the outset, listening carefully to mum's requirements, clearly and concisely explaining to mum all about the electric recliner chairs she showed us, she made it a relaxed, non-rushed, informative experience. We were both so impressed with the chairs that mum bought one on the day - however there was never any sales pressure from Tracey to do so - she actually encouraged us to go away and think about it if we needed to. Very impressed with Tracey and the company. Thank you for helping us.

Tracey, the sales person, was very helpful and friendly without being overbearing like some sales staff can be. She was very knowledgeable and helped guide me through all my options. I felt I was getting a real personal shopping experience.

The delivery team, Ian and Paul, arrived on the advised day and within the advised time-slot. They installed my two chairs, displaying professionalism, courtesy and helpfullness.

Having walked out of a large furniture shop in disgust after rude service and lack of product knowledge I decided to go to hsl Shrewsbury and what a wonderful experience ordered my sofa from Sue W who was so helpful and friendly even had tea and biscuits (a lovely touch) Sue and the other lady working that day went out of their way to make buying a sofa a lovely experience

I visited the Shrewsbury shop twice and was met at the door by Tracey who was very welcoming. She is very knowledgeable on the chairs and explained all the details very clearly. We started at the first range and proceeded around the showroom trying all the riser recliner chairs. I found the exact chair to suit me with Traceys help and can't wait for my Ripley chair with added heat to be delivered. Tracey answered all of my and my husbands questions very professionally and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchase, even matching the colour to our existing suite. Excellent 5* service.

The Shrewsbury showroom staff were brilliant. We took my 99 year old father in to purchase a new chair and the staff went out of their way to help with the decision.
Their knowledge and expertise in the orthopaedic aspect of the sitting position and the relationship of this to the chair was invaluable in the choice of chair.

Lisa and Tracey in the store were so helpful, knowledgeable and polite. Their customer service was exemplary. They put us at our ease, gave clear and concise information and all without pressurizing us at all. It was a pleasure to make the purchase.

I have just been into the Shrewsbury store with my parents who purchased 2 chairs.
The whole experience was seamless and this was due to the in store staff that made it a pleasant experience from entering the store to leaving.
We were giving drinks before a full explanation of what was available and then a full demonstration of the chair.
The staff were pleasant, thoughtful, product knowledgeable and helpful.

Took a trip to the HSL Store in Shrewsbury. We were greeted by the 2 Sue's who made us feel very welcome as soon as we entered. Sue W assisted my 92 year old father in purchasing a power recliner chair while Sue R assisted me in buying a swivel recliner chair. No hard sell, they just asked the relevant questions, explained the options and demonstrated how the chairs operated.
Both ladies had Excellent Customer service skills. They were very knowledgeable, very friendly and very polite.
