Extremely welcoming excellent service took time to ensure the chair was the correct size. Very professional and really impressed by the service offered by Tracy.

I visited the Shrewsbury shop twice and was met at the door by Tracey who was very welcoming. She is very knowledgeable on the chairs and explained all the details very clearly. We started at the first range and proceeded around the showroom trying all the riser recliner chairs. I found the exact chair to suit me with Traceys help and can't wait for my Ripley chair with added heat to be delivered. Tracey answered all of my and my husbands questions very professionally and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchase, even matching the colour to our existing suite. Excellent 5* service.

The Shrewsbury showroom staff were brilliant. We took my 99 year old father in to purchase a new chair and the staff went out of their way to help with the decision.
Their knowledge and expertise in the orthopaedic aspect of the sitting position and the relationship of this to the chair was invaluable in the choice of chair.

Lisa and Tracey in the store were so helpful, knowledgeable and polite. Their customer service was exemplary. They put us at our ease, gave clear and concise information and all without pressurizing us at all. It was a pleasure to make the purchase.

Both ladies in store were extremely helpful and knowledgable . They put us at ease and answered all questions with friendliness and trust!

I have just been into the Shrewsbury store with my parents who purchased 2 chairs.
The whole experience was seamless and this was due to the in store staff that made it a pleasant experience from entering the store to leaving.
We were giving drinks before a full explanation of what was available and then a full demonstration of the chair.
The staff were pleasant, thoughtful, product knowledgeable and helpful.

Took a trip to the HSL Store in Shrewsbury. We were greeted by the 2 Sue's who made us feel very welcome as soon as we entered. Sue W assisted my 92 year old father in purchasing a power recliner chair while Sue R assisted me in buying a swivel recliner chair. No hard sell, they just asked the relevant questions, explained the options and demonstrated how the chairs operated.
Both ladies had Excellent Customer service skills. They were very knowledgeable, very friendly and very polite.

Excellent service from beginning to delivery. Very knowledgeable staff, two very nice delivery men, Chris and Terry. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

We were met at the door by a friendly lady Sue. We knew exactly what we wanted as my daughter had done research online. Also a friend who bought a chair last year was very impressed with the service and quality.
Sue listened to my requirements and took me to the perfect chair, showing me the size I would need and explained the controls perfectly. We were offered coffee immediately I settled for a drink of water.
We didn’t take long, with Sue’s help to decide on the colour leather we wanted for the chair.
I cannot praise Sue and her colleague enough for the friendly and professional way they dealt with our request.
I was also delighted when told that HSL is a family owned company so my chair will be made in Yorkshire!

Order for 4 riser/recliner chairs. Tracey at Shrewsbury showroom so helpful and excellent at covering all our questions. Quoted delivery within 6-8 weeks, met target with something to spare. Delivery team, Paul & Jon, polite, efficient and co-operative. Overall, excellent.

Thank you to Carol in the Shrewsbury shop , we ordered our chairs on Sunday and they arrived today,Thursday. Wow what a great service. The two guys who delivered them, Lee R and Carl F were very prompt and polite . They were respectful of our property.

Your specialist Tracey in the Shrewsbury branch was extremely patient and helpful in aiding us to purchase a new settee. She was not at all pushy but very constructive, guiding us through the various aspects of buying one of your powered settees. In summary, a joy to deal with.

Just wanted to thank Sue @ HSL in Shrewsbury. My elderly aunty had been scammed by a company for 2 riser recliner, as you can guess her confidence has been knocked. Sue and Tracy were amazing taking time with her reviewing and testing all the chairs. No pressure at all to purchase, if anything she was over whelmed by the choice, and don't get me on the fabric choices! By the end of our visit my aunty felt confident to purchase 2 new riser recliner chairs.

Doing this for mum as she couldnt do it. Lady's were very helpful and gave constructive options. The delievery men were outstanding. The chairs we ordered were exactly what we asked for and more and are very comfortable and worth the money spent. Highly recommend them

We are very pleased with our new recliner chair, sofa and mattress. Both staff in the shop, especially new manager Sue, were very helpful and today Craig and Mark delivered and assembled our furniture, arriving exactly at the time given (we were able to track their journey online), and, with no fuss and very efficiently, they put everything together, exactly where we wanted it.

Super impressive, Craig and Danny were pleasant, efficient and plenty advice given about looking after our sofa. Very pleased with sofa and how quickly it was ready for delivery. Great service.
