Amazing way of teaching
One of the most amazing teachers i have seen in my life, very direct and let the informations stick to your head easily, within a one day of preperation by watching the videos i was able to obtain the SVH diploma with no problems!

User-friendly and beneficial video training in English!
I found the online video training course in English to be very beneficial and straightforward! I help coordinate our church's community dinners, and the information that I learned has helped me become more knowledgeable in food preparation/handling.
The videos are in Dutch with English subtitles, but the translations are clear and easy to follow. I also found the practice quizzes to be quite helpful, and they prepared me adequately for the real exam.
What I found very special is that the teacher of the course, Gabriella herself, called to personally congratulate me on passing the exam with a good score. She was also curious about my impressions and reflections regarding the course.
While this course certainly deserves five stars in terms of instruction, here are a couple of minor areas of improvement when it comes to the course layout/ structuring:
1. A few words in the checkup quizzes seemed to be literally translated from Dutch to English and perhaps could have come with a better interpretation or translation. Unfortunately, I am not able to go back into the quizzes to find those specific examples.
2. Once you're finished with a quiz or the exam itself, you are not able to go back and review your answers. It would be nice to go back into the checkup quizzes and the exam itself to see what was incorrect.

My general experience was good. I used the book to study for the exam as I found it a bit difficult to learn with the videos (there were subtitles in English, but the sound was in Dutch). The book really helped me, as well as the practice exams, which I can highly recommend to everyone! The only thing that could use some improvement is the details in the book - some information is not provided, even though it is asked in the practice exam.
Overall, I had a really pleasant experience during studying, as well as in the exam office itself! :-)

The translated study material from Dutch to English lacks essential information and contains multiple errors, it's important that this gets fixed and translated by a professional.
Gabriëlla's method of teaching is great nonetheless, and as a bonus you get a phone call from her congratulating you when you pass the exam, which gives the experience a more personal and authentic touch.
