Video trainings were very informative. Although there were english sub-titles. Expect that in future videos could be made available in different languages including english

The videos were instructive and together with the pullet points edits made really easy to take notes. Naturally the book has more detailed information but if you combine the two tools together, it makes it really easy for you study for the exam.

Informative course with good videos
The video course was very informative and useful. The 'English' version is just subtitles and not in English - which is fine, but if you want to write notes you miss a lot and have to pause. It could be more effective to have someone speaking English instead of just the subtitles.

Top course and Very helpful..
I recently completed and successfully passed the Social Hygiene exam. I want to thank you for providing a comprehensive learning platform and well-structured materials. It was a valuable experience, and I’m pleased with the results.
However, I believe the course could be enhanced with clearer guidance on how to approach studying effectively. As a learner, I found myself initially unsure about the best way to structure my study time or prioritize certain materials. Perhaps including a short guide or tips at the beginning of the course on how to maximize learning—such as time management strategies, suggested study schedules, or areas of focus—would be helpful.
This addition could be especially beneficial for learners who might not have prior experience with online learning or self-directed study.
But after getting the hand of it, anf getting into it ,i found it ao helpful,so Thank you again for the opportunity to grow my skills. I look forward to future courses and am excited to see how your platform evolves over time!

The video training given by Gabriella Cafe was so good. I did not even have to read the book. Watched the video twice and took the practice tests.
I would highly recommend this training for anyone looking to have this certification.

Great experience with HSN!
I’ve really liked this course. I did the English version and it was really easy following the video thanks to the subtitles and the English book that they sent to my home. Besides that, Grabiëlla has a way of explain that keeps you focused on the video and makes everything seem to be so interesting. It made me really happy that she called me to congratulate me, she is a really close and kind person. I’ve learnt many useful things thanks to this course, I would definitely recommend to whoever who want to grow up inside of hospitality world!
