In de video training word alles net even leuker en vlotter uitgelegd (niet zo stijf).

I really enjoyed following the Allergy & HACCP course with HSN. Their online videos are quite instructive, well thought-through, and surprisingly fun to watch! The main takeaway message from the allergy course is that, it was my responsibility as the restaurateur; to CLEARLY communicate to both staff and guests, all ingredients in our meals that could trigger an allergic or intolerant reaction from a person with such sesitivities. Being negligent your allergy communication could quickly lead to life threatening situations. A big thank you to the entire HSN Team for putting together these courses.

I took a HACCP online course here. The lesson content is interesting and easy to understand.The lessons are not too long on each topic but you get all the things you need to know. I highly recommend.

My wife was so happy with this on line training. Because of the videos, it makes more easier to understand the lessons. It is also nice that they called my wife on her mobile phone when she got her HACCP Certificaat. Dank je wel Team Horeca Stichting Nederland! Good job! 🙏👍🏼

Details in the book are very good and makes it easy to follow the course and later the video. Video on the other hand is concise and helps summarise on what you have read in book.

Awesome!!! The video training is with English subtitles. And the test can also be taken in English. Gabriella explains it very nicely and clearly. The way you walk through the modules with Gabriëlla makes this a very nice course. Which also gave me a high score. Gabriella herself also called me personally to congratulate me. Took the English online course. The videos are well animated and constructed and the book is well written. I received immediate answers to my questions by email and a nice cangratz call after passing the exam in the first attempt. It took about 3-4 days of efficient preparation. Well done and thanks.

I found the English translated SVH training videos useful in preparing for my SVH exam. The instructor was enthusiastic and explained the content clearly, the translations were accurate and the English example test questions were helpful to go through ahead of the exam.

I needed a SVH diploma quickly and the videos helped a lot. Gabriella (the teacher) was also very entertaining there are some jokes thrown around so it was fun too. The videos were direct and quick, so not much time was wasted. I eventually passed with a 9 yay. Definitely recommend it.

I went into the process with very little idea of what to expect. The videos provided a very helpful practical teaching aid around how the learning fits into what really happens.

The video courses were very helpful, I was able to take notes with the book I received. They were in dutch, but they offered english subtitles.
And the notes under the videos were also helpful to highlight the important parts. Finally I also did the practice tests, so in general the test went very well for me!
