Rhodri was very good with the delivery and logs were easily and carefully dispatched from van to my garage.
Only downside of delivery that day, was that I was unwell, and was not given a time or time ‘window’ for the delivery…. so I could be ready .

Ordered bag of kiln dried logs at 11.30am delivered by 1pm.
Excellent quality logs that burn really well.
Will definitely be ordering again, top class service!

Wood good quality would notice of delivery . As it was by luck I was at home.

Special mention & grateful thanks to the guy who delivered the wood - he went above & beyond to get the wood onto our drive (access impossible for size of van, so used the electric pallet truck plus his strength & some pushing from us!). Delivered the ton bag to the back of the house and desired spot with no qualms. Logs are always dry and burn well. I started with Hillside last year and am happy to continue. They are very cheerful and helpful.

Really helpful with delivery of wood due to our availability. Excellent service and even wrapped the bag in plastic to keep it dry with rain planned overnight.

The charcoal is a great product, more or less smoke free, burns hot and leaves hardly any ash.
Service was prompt, nice people.
One thing, if they are going to encourage people to collect from their office then I would provide better directions.

I have ordered before but this bag of wood has been very disappointing, I will be contacting them.
Seemed that most of the bag were wood chopped into small kindling size, yes there wer larger pieces on the top, I have used this full bag in 2 weeks, when last bag was used in 6 weeks...
