This is the second bag I have purchased for my wife. What Henry provides is pretty rare. Classic designs that are beautifully made, strong, and understated. The first bag has aged brilliantly and functions the same as when I bought it. The second (a large shopper) will know doubt be the same. It's the antithesis of 'fast fashion' and always looks classic. Great communication also. Thanks Henry

The bag received had a huge scratch across it. I sent a photo to Henry who initially responded to say he was perplexed about the extent of the distressed look and asked what the packaging was like. The packaging was fine. There was a lot of back and forth about treatment creams and Henry stating the leather was supposed to be that distressed. The condition of the bag looked nothing like the photos. He offered another bag and to refund my return postage. I declined as I was unable to wait. Henry did refund the bag but didn’t refund any postage costs. So, to be aware even if the bag is not in good condition / faulty ie scratched would will be paying the postage which both ways amounted to £23.

I have been looking for an English, hand-made leather case for some time and came across Henry’s bags during a search. I received my ‘Full Monty’ a few weeks ago and have not been disappointed; it is perfect and very practical - I can’t fault it at all.
