Horrible

The monitor volume is way too low even when turned up all the way. It’s constantly going offline (all other devices in house stay connected so WiFi not the issue), app always says camera is offline even when I can see perfectly fine on the base, and camera constantly making noises. Worst monitor I have ever had especially for the price and I have 3 kids and have used many monitors.

DO NOT BUY DO NOT BUY DO NOT BUY. Cameras have to constantly be reset, usially multiple times a day. Notifications barely work for motion and sound, but you better believe you'll recieve a dozen push notifications to buy premium every day. Pan/tilt feature does NOT work. Threw mine in the trash and bought a different brand.

Infuriatingly poor produduct

Infuriatingly poor produduct. The hand held monitor has a range of about 5m before it loses signal so one is forced to use ones phone as a monitor. The camera disconnects continuously even though it's on. Customer support is non-existent. Avoid avoid avoid.

Cheap product, poor connection, terrible customer service

After 6 months, the monitor for my camera stopped working. That's fine, we connected the app. But then the camera keeps dropping the connection to the WiFi. This is for a subscription that costs $100 a year.

Okay whatever, we already paid the subscription. But then the camera stops working altogether. So we reset the camera but it connected to the wrong account. It over went trial and then charged me another $100 a year. So now we have 2 hubbleclub accounts.

Customer service basically said "too bad, you let the trial lapse to subscription."

We have now paid 200 dollars a year for what basically amounts to a webcam with a spotty connection.

Stay far away from Hubbleclub Connect.

Dangerous Garbage — Hubble Should Be Embarrassed

Our Hubble Nursery Pal Cloud Touch monitor died 15 months after first use, just after the warranty expired. The screen shuts off silently, even when plugged in — no alert, no warning — which means you think your baby is being monitored when they’re not. That’s not just frustrating — it’s dangerous.

I contacted Hubble support. No reply. No phone number, no live chat, no nothing. Just silence. And the Hubble app? Completely useless as a backup. You can’t view both cameras at the same time, and it won’t even switch feeds automatically if one kid is crying. So now I’m stuck without a working monitor, relying on a broken app and a company that clearly doesn’t care.

This is a high-priced baby safety product that failed in barely over a year with zero accountability. I’ve since found dozens of other parents with the same experience. Hubble is knowingly selling unreliable hardware and ghosting their customers. This brand should not be trusted — avoid them at all costs.

Awful product

Awful product. Really unreliable. Constantly says the camera is offline when it isn’t, and to turn it on and off again, even after doing this it doesn’t work. Provides no peace of mind whatsoever and is a genuinely unsafe product marketed at vulnerable anxious parents.

DO NOT BUY

I am an app designer. This app is one of the worst I have ever seen, it unsyncs every few days for no reason at all. The monitor that comes with the camera is garbage so you're just SOL until you can take the hour needed to recync the app for another 4 days. I hate it so much.

This camera is very nice and helps us…

This camera is very nice and helps us have reassurance that our baby will be safe when we leave the room to do other things. I really like the night light and the lullaby features. We are able to watch and get notified and talk back from both our smartphone devices. Best camera you could get for a great price.

Monitor has randomly broken

Monitor has randomly broken. Won’t turn on anymore it’s only 10 months old. I have to use my phone to see my baby which is inconvenient.

The app doesn't work God to many problems

It is very common that when I want to see my baby on my cell phone's camera it tells me that the camera is offline and that the camera may be off but it is not. The camera is connected and on the monitor it works but on my cell phone it does not. I have already uninstalled the application and reinstalled it and the problem continues.

My biggest complaints are the…

My biggest complaints are the following:
1. Several times in the night I have checked the app to see that it was undergoing maintenance and not monitoring my baby at all. There was no notice of this maintenance.
2. The privacy feature almost never works. When I click it, it constantly says that there’s a failure. Sometimes when I uninstall and reinstall the app, it will fix it, but not always.
3. Sometimes I will randomly check the app while my baby is sleeping and see that he is screaming and I had no notifications whatsoever. No sound or movement notifications of any kind.
4. Overall, the app is very glitchy. Features will not work or it will have a circle like it’s loading.
I want to like this app and this monitor, but it just is not reliable for me. We’ve had to buy a second monitor as a back up. Not ideal.

Reliable Baby Monitor with a Few Quirks After 3 Years of Use

We’ve been using the Hubble Baby Monitor for over three years now, and overall, it’s been a dependable and helpful device. It’s worked well for our first child, and we recently purchased a second unit for our newborn—which says a lot about our trust in the product.

The video and audio quality are solid, with clear night vision and reliable connectivity. The two-way audio has been especially helpful for calming our baby without going into the room. The mobile app is easy to use, and features like remote pan, tilt, and zoom give us full control over how we monitor our little ones.

That said, there are a few downsides. Some fairly basic features, like Picture-in-Picture (PiP), are locked behind a subscription paywall. We wish this was included with the standard product, especially since it’s a feature many parents expect by default.

Another thing to note is the temperature sensor. It consistently reads about 9°F higher than the actual room temperature. For example, if it says 82°F, it’s likely around 73°F. Once we figured that out, it wasn’t a dealbreaker—but definitely something new users should be aware of.

Despite these quirks, we’ve been happy with the monitor’s performance over the years. It’s reliable, easy to use, and has stood the test of time. If you're okay with a few limitations or willing to upgrade for certain features, it’s a strong choice.

Hubble have just decied to end my streaming

Hubble have just decied to end my streaming after many years. If I now want it, they are asking me to pay £15. This is outragous behaviour. I bought this product and becasue they simply need more revenue they have decided to stop the service unless you pay more. I will never buy another hubble again. Be warned, your device will stop working unless you agree to get ripped off in the future.

I have nothing good to say about this…

I have nothing good to say about this company. I tried to redeem a voucher. It said it applied then proceeded to charge me full price anyway. Hubble have refused to give me a refund. They basically stole money from me. Unacceptable.

Terrible app

I literally have nothing good to say about this company. The camera is subpar at best, and the app is now so bad it’s laughable. I rely on using the lullaby feature to get my toddler down for naps and bedtime but it’s become a daily struggle to get any lullaby to play without having to completely delete and reinstall the app. And today, after my usual routine of having to delete, reinstall & log back into the app, the music still doesn’t work. My husband also has the app on his phone, and it wouldn’t work on his end either. I’m sick and tired of the extra layer of stress this adds to the nap & bedtime routine and will be purchasing a replacement camera from a different brand as soon as I can. This issue with the app has been going on for weeks now & despite all the maintenance Hubble seems to be doing to the app, it just keeps getting worse.
