Very inconvenient device

I have hubble connect glow device. The app is a pain in my tail. Very hard to navigate and set up camera. The audio quality is absolutely horrible. I can never hear anything my children say is sounds so muffled and crackley. The buttons hardly ever work and most importantly it DOES NOT RECORD EVERY MOVEMENT. I want to know of any movements and noise so if you want it for that please don't waste your money. On a positive note, the only good thing I have to say is the music and or stories you are able to play are very cute and my kids love them.

Definitely not worth it

I really liked the design and the marketing of the product so I thought I give it a go..
First we got the Eclipse product what is still great and going after a year usage what is a success BUT I used Hubble Nursery Pal for half year before the camera unit just suddenly died unable to connect to the App or to the monitor/parent unit. The customer service is awful and rude. Basically leaving you with the problem.. So we thought it’s alright 💩 happens, we bought another one pre-used and cheaper because we knew customer service and warranty doesn’t matter for them anyway. The other unit kept logging, didn’t send notification when my baby nearly fall down from the bed. So the app is a pain too and that camera died too after 2 months. So we just done with this company 🙃 if you want to “put your mind at ease” buy another baby camera.

The versatile features

The ability to track feedings, sleep, diaper changes, and growth all in one app was all I needed without even knowing i needed it! I have the pal glow monitor with 2 cameras and monitor unit and I hadn't connected it to the app until I actually read what it offered and once I did I was intrigued to try. Let me tell you I no longer carry the monitor itself because I can just watch from my phone! Not only can I check on baby as I'm working but I can take pictures, and record videos and it even sends motion snippets when there's movement! I wish I had discovered this monitor alot sooner it would've helped so much with my first two kids and I could've used the versatility it provides by having all the tools needed to keep track of babies! Yes I recommend! I'm even considering purchasing they're other products like the baby scale. They're affordable and provide great video and phot quality not to mention the song library and book library that you can choose from and it plays right from the camera to entertain baby!

Worked well for 18 months, then died

We've used this monitor for 18 months. The quality has been ok but the wifi connection to enable the app is very flimsy, to the point we gave up using it a year in.
The main issue is that at 18 months the batter has totally failed, taking the unit off charge causes it to die instantly. Sometimes it dies as you put it on charge and it always flickers and buzzes while on charge.
This seems to be a known fault as I've seen similar reviews elsewhere.
I'd avoid this product entirely and look for a more reliable product and particularly one with a longer warranty, as they've clearly opted to provide a warranty they know will expire before the products known issues kick in.

Five stars for sure

Five stars for sure! This is a great little camera that works amazing and has amazing clarity to. Thanks Hubble for all the memories I have been able to capture and for giving me a product that really works.

That the picture is so crystal clear…

That the picture is so crystal clear and it and rotate so far. I wish it was able to still work without WiFi, and the delay from real time to the phone is delayed several seconds. And the free trail is so short. Don’t really get to experience everything you have to offer.

If you want the best sleep of your life…

If you want the best sleep of your life look no further hubble club is for you. The camera completely disconnects at all time even oh a 5 ghz wifi connection. Turning on and off the music is a chore itself. If you want a trustworthy product so not look here especially when they constantly spam free giveaway deals to get you into a monthly subscription that will be about as useful as your continuously disconnecting camera. Eventually the device will fail so badly you have to reset it and hope it doesn't forget what its job is while you and your children sleep. This product is horrible and dangerous I cannot trust this company or device. I put up with this nonsense until I had to re-pair the device multiple times in one day. If you are looking to buy this look somewhere else. And if you already have one I suggest you do as I did and smash it with a hammer and throw it in the trash. This Device and company will cause someone's child pain or worse.

super bad experience

super bad experience. camera keeps disconnecting, terrible lag between reality and streaming video or audio. more or obligated to get a premium account to share with several users, but super unfriendly and complicated accounts management. if you ho on weekends or holidays with the camera, you have to do the entire setup all over again as you have wipe out the existing setup. overall i strongly regret buying these products (i have 2). stay away from it!!!

Customer support is MIA

Product did not work and the only customer service option is email. No response from the company yet and it's been 3 days and 3 emails. Very disappointed. Will be returning and will not recommend.

One thing I felt in love with this cam…

One thing I felt in love with this cam is that it gives you the person or thing that moved.. instead of just letting me know activity happend and I watch the video first and also it resumes all activity in less then 2 minutes
