I contacted this firm following a serious medical incident and was scheduled for a call.

One of the first eligibility criteria turned out to be whether the surgery had been booked as a “package”, which ultimately meant they could not take my case. Unfortunately, this was not clarified at the start of the call.

I was asked multiple personal questions about my medical complications, current condition, and the likelihood of further surgery, only to be told at the end that the firm could not proceed due to this initial criterion.

Given the sensitive and traumatic nature of medical negligence enquiries, I believe this should have been screened upfront to avoid unnecessary distress. I hope the firm can improve its intake process for future potential clients.

We were listened to ... we felt Steve wanted the best for us ... we felt he cared. The paralegals were friendly, patient and excellent communiactors. We would rather not have been talking with a solicitor/lawyer about our terrible experience, but since we were we felt, indeed, still do feel we were represented in an honest, transparent and caring way.
