The product for one is very good and innovative, not just from myself but also to all people who sees it.

Ive had several requests for support and the team have been very helpful and extended extra mile.

I waited like 3 years for my order to be filled. but what I got had glitches like a warp in my clear screen that split a sentance going up with one eye and down with the other eye. but they have agreed that's a problem and have promised to send me a new screen. kudos. I also had problems connecting. my phone saw the HUD, but the HUD said it wasn't connected. but with several firm ware updates, that seems to have been eliviated. Kudos! I even got a engine temp from my OBD that I didn't have before. Kudos. We both have worked together to fix production errors so It's been ok. they are wholey behind their product, and want to keep it the gold standard of the 3rd party Huds. thanks to Polly.

The customer service is great. I have never purchased a product from a company that cares so much about their customers and their products.
I purchased the Hudway Drive with the side and rear camera system. It took some time to receive my product, but Hudway kept me informed about any production delays.
I am pleased with my purchase and would not hesitate to make another purchase from this company

Although there were some production challenges at beginning but I think the Hudway team to trying everything they can to fulfill the order and Customer Service is very responsive.

Hudway is a scam. I ordered it, and then after 1 year and 6 months, I asked customer service why my product was not shipped. The customer service replied that it was because Hudway was going bankrupt and had no funds to order, so they would no longer give me the product and there would be no refund!

Ordered in August 23 still no sign of any shipment after reading all these negative reviews I realise I've been had to the tune of well over 500 Australian Dollars, if it's not here by the end of April I'm going to take it up with PayPal who apparently have them on a blacklist! Shame looks a great product but it seems it's a total scam, I've only been waiting 6 months most have been waiting years, I've totally lost confidence after reading all these terrible reviews!

Same story as everyone else here. Ordered in November 2022 and still waiting.... Have been asking for a refund for months and they are simply not processing them. Have complained to Better Business Bureau and will keep complaining online so others don't get scammed too. Scam scam scam

I am absolutely disappointed with this product and this company. I ordered a device in March 2023 and cancelled it on time. After several emails with the company, nobody answered. They promised me a repayment, but it has not yet arrived. This company works in a dubious manner. I can only advise everyone to keep their hands off this company. Dont buy anything there.

Like many reviews here, this company is a scam. When you write an email, they open a ticket so they can ignore it. If you call, you get routed to the answering machine. My mistake was giving them time to deliver what they didn't while passing the threshold to report the issue to the bank. I did my research and looked at the product performance, I didn't think the product didn't exist.

If it seems like a scam, smells like a scam, and feels like a scam.....probably is.
The Good> There is an app and seems like some people actually have one.
The Bad> been 15+ months since I paid...always an excuse...they KNOW it will take a long time but never said anything up front that I remember. Guessing leadership is extremely poor and most likely a teenager or someone that stopped maturing about then.
Luckily this money isn't going to hurt me-BUT the BS is angering.
SUGGESTION> GET SOME RETAIL EXPERIENCED LEADERSHIP.

They take money and promise to send the product every month. Total scam. Read reviews before ordering their hud.

I ordered my Hudway in 2021. Its been nothing but excuses since this started. I cant even understand why its for sale still to this day. Over a 2 year waiting period and yet I can order one and have it here by Sep 15th? Where is the one I ordered YEARS ago? The customer response was impressive for almost a full year. Now its radio silence. Money Gone I guess right?

this is the worst experience I've ever had with a company. ordered it over a year ago constantly delaying things saying Q1 then Q2 then Q3 and so on. there excuse never has answers and just says they're a start up company. well its a failed scam of a company and will be getting reported for their fraudulent behaviour. hope this company falls in a pit of fire and everyone involved goes bankrupt and homeless for stealing my money

I bought a Navdy years ago. I have to say the hardware quality is pretty high and it's still working perfectly with OBDII connected. however, since they were bankrupted, they updated the app then I lost all (not too many) the functions but the basic info (which is what I mainly need) from my car. I waited about 2 years to receive mine. I was thinking buying a hudway before seeing these 1* reviews here. it seems they still have the same problem after Navdy: cash flow and manufacturing problem. I do hope they could overcome these issues soon because it is a good product but I won't pay a cent until they actually have everything sorted.

Expect to wait 2+ years for it to ship to you (if you are lucky). And if you decide to change your mind and ask for a refund, you can open as many tickets as you want on their "help desk" but they will close your ticket every time when you are asking about updates on your refund. $300 wasted.

I ordered 3 hudway drives January of 2022. After delay after delay, i finally had enough and asked for a refund. They have me the same story as they gave others in the past. A korean partner went belly up and they were only issuing 3 refunds per week and i was on a list of 350. They stopped responding to any correspondence from me. Hudway is a scam. I don't believe anyone has ever received anything from them.
I think I'll be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau, and recommend all affected do the same.

Ordered a Hudway Drive over 2 1/2 years ago. All I received were e-mails with excuses. They offered to refund my money after I got nasty with them. Finally got a refund after a long wait and numerous excuse mails.
They call themselves a 'start up' company and offer excuses related to that. They have been around over 13 years and should be way past the 'start up' phase.
They are just scammers out to get peoples money.

SCAM company. Been waiting for over two years for delivery and still nothing. Meanwhile they were happy to take my money. Hudway has been unresponsive to multiple requests.

This is a product I bought a few years ago to replace the Navdy Hud which went bankrupt.
The Navdy started at about us$700 on its release.
This way cheaper then the Navdy and also not as advanced with less bells and whistles.
However it does a great job of navigation, The hud screen is sharp and clear and with just the right information for navigating and some car information.
The Hud plugs into the cigarette lighter or usb power and collects car information from an OBD Bluetooth connection. The original software was very low grade to begin but has been updated to a quality product now. Customer service has been great and have followed up my earlier complaints promptly and with care. Product improvement is still ongoing.
I use the product daily now and am happy.
