I had a great experience ordering from Hugglemoo. The delivery was really quick and my order arrived safely and in perfect condition. Everything was packaged well and exactly as described on the website. The ordering process was easy, and I was kept updated throughout shipping. Overall, I'm very happy with my purchase and would definitely order from Hugglemoo again.

I went to the pick up point for pick up but the girl at the counter was so rude. First thing she told me was they will post the goods to me and they don't have pickup in the store. Eventually I helped her to locate the jellycat in the shop for her !!She was so rude and arrogant , she is not fit to work at the counter and someone needs to train her manners when dealing with customers.

I accidentally selected pickup instead of delivery when placing my order. Because my previous orders had always been for delivery, the team contacted me several times to check whether I really meant pickup this time. I was actually in another state, so their attention and care made a huge difference.

I truly appreciated that they took the time to confirm rather than just assuming. It shows they genuinely care about their customers and pay attention to details. Great customer service and a very thoughtful experience. Highly recommended!

This my favourite jellycat shop in Queensland, this time I ordered online as they had what I was after, and sometimes things sell out fast, plus delivery was super fast as well, we will be coming back here to get more jellycats

Amazing service. I ordered my bear and it was posted within 10 minutes of ordering. I received it in Adelaide the next afternoon. The item was exactly as described, high quality and well packaged in tissue paper and a box. I will definitely order jellycats again
